"Very good for families"

"They stay was very great, we really liked the place that was followed with an incredible services and friendly staff there, also the restaurant food was very delicious. but I have a little concern about the outside airstream furnitures that needs to be more cleaned as well as the bicycles need to be checked before the guest’s check in, as for everything else was super perfect. I shared some of my favorite pictures about my stay there . . Many thanks to you and to this beautiful place ✨"

"'Su' deserves a special mention for making our visit to the restaurant memorable. Her genuine smile, friendly personality, and effortless way of communicating made us feel comfortable right away. She was also very efficient and handled everything with confidence, even during a busy time. It’s rare to come across someone who brings such a positive vibe to the dining experience. Excellent job, Su!"

"Beautiful get away spot if you are interested in beautiful beaches and quiet places"

"The hotel offers good value for money if you’re looking for an affordable 5-star stay, but it didn’t quite deliver the level of service and experience I expected from a luxury property. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although fairly basic in terms of design and amenities. One of the highlights was the nice view of Qasr Al Watan and the nearby Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental. The gym was well-equipped, while the pool and beach areas were decent but not particularly memorable. Service could be improved, especially around staffing. The towel booth often seemed understaffed, and in general the hotel appeared to be operating with limited personnel, which affected the overall experience. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to travelers seeking a true luxury resort experience. However, if your priority is finding a reasonably priced 5-star hotel with clean rooms, good facilities, and attractive views, it could still be a suitable option."

"I had a wonderful 10-day business stay at Dhafra Beach Hotel. The hotel is located right on the beach, and the rooms are very clean, neat, and comfortable. The food is excellent, with a great variety and quality. A special mention to Mr. Bashir from the restaurant—he is amazing, very friendly, attentive, and always makes guests feel welcome. His professional service and positive attitude made my dining experience even better. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I highly recommend Dhafra Beach Hotel for both business and leisure stays."

"Upgraded us to a Pool view room with a balcony, gave us a complimentary cake because we were celebrating our anniversary. Made our stay memorable. FO Mgr Hadi was really a gentleman, kudos to him and his entire team for making this stay so memorable. The staff is really really really polite. I will definitely visit them in winter."
