I booked a 'Comfort Sleep King Bed' room, and the front desk thoughtfully upgraded me for free to a Smart Luxury Room on the second floor! The hotel was newly renovated last year, and the room was spacious, featuring two 1.8-meter king beds. It boasts full smart voice control, a smart toilet, a mini-fridge, and a large-screen TV for casting – everything you could ask for. The air conditioning was powerful and effective. The hardware truly meets four-star standards. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, not a speck of dust. Parking was super convenient with a lot right at the hotel entrance. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and the hotel management was well-organized. Overall, the stay far exceeded my expectations. The location in the High-tech Zone business district makes getting around very convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ankang. Highly recommended!"

"The overall experience was very average. The odor from the floor drain in the room was so strong that I couldn't take a shower normally. I notified the duty manager of the above problems, but there was no follow-up service or apology. There were dead insects, debris and hair left by the previous guest. It was really helpless. It was really a shame to spend more than 700 a night!"

What surprised me most was the new gym, fully equipped with a wide range of machines, and a stylish book bar. It's so pleasant to order a tea, sit for an afternoon, and just relax with a book. They also have a new laundry room. The hotel has truly evolved from being 'comfortable' to 'refined,' showing their genuine dedication to service. Definitely five stars, I'll choose this place again next time!"

The location is incredibly convenient — just a short walk to Wanda Mall, making it easy to grab meals, shop, or relax in the evenings without needing transport. A nice surprise was the free washing machine available for guest use — a huge plus for longer stays or when traveling light. "The room is very good! The management is too bad! I arrived at the hotel at almost eleven o'clock in the evening. After washing and preparing to go to bed, I didn't have the TV remote control and couldn't turn off the TV. I called the customer service center and arranged a man in his fifties to come. I said there was no remote control, but he didn't believe it and went into the room to look for it! I said someone was sleeping, but he still had to make sure that the remote control box was not empty! Or is it a Swiss 🇨🇭 hotel? Is the management like this? Why did the lady arrange a man to go to the guest room when she called? What's more interesting is that no one answered the customer service center call at night, or they hung up on me! The air conditioner return vent kept buzzing, and it was still buzzing even if the air conditioner was not turned on! I almost didn't sleep all night! I called the customer service center at six in the morning and no one answered. I went to the front desk clerk and was sleeping! There was no greeting throughout the whole process. She said she didn't hear the phone ringing! The breakfast was very rich. No one cleaned the empty plates during the meal. I couldn't find the waiter. When I came out, several people were chatting at the front desk outside the restaurant! Only the cleaner greeted the guests when he saw them!"
