"This stay was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is situated right by the river, offering expansive views of the river from the window. The common areas are elegant and spotlessly clean, and the guest rooms are immaculate with full amenities, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation that makes getting to attractions and shopping districts a breeze. The front desk staff who checked us in were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They proactively helped with our luggage, thoughtfully guided us to our room, and were patient and attentive throughout. The complimentary value-added services were a real treat: afternoon tea, fresh fruit, tea, and snacks were available during the day, making it a very pleasant way to relax after sightseeing. Later at night, we could even get a bowl of piping hot sour soup noodles, which was wonderfully comforting. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that made us feel at ease. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. It was an excellent experience for a family trip, and we'll definitely return for future travels. I sincerely recommend this hotel to other visitors."

"I've always loved this hotel for its great location, beautiful views, and excellent service. In winter, they offer Fucha tea, and in summer, chrysanthemum tea, along with hot towels to freshen up. This time, I noticed the hotel has quietly undergone a full upgrade, and the experience was truly exceptional! What surprised me most was the new gym, fully equipped with a wide range of machines, and a stylish book bar. It's so pleasant to order a tea, sit for an afternoon, and just relax with a book. They also have a new laundry room. The hotel has truly evolved from being 'comfortable' to 'refined,' showing their genuine dedication to service. Definitely five stars, I'll choose this place again next time!"

The hotel is in a good location, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and there are many foods nearby. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The location is incredibly convenient — just a short walk to Wanda Mall, making it easy to grab meals, shop, or relax in the evenings without needing transport. Staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help with requests big and small. A nice surprise was the free washing machine available for guest use — a huge plus for longer stays or when traveling light. Rooms were spotless throughout the stay, and the big TV was a great touch for relaxing after a day out. Overall, it was an extremely comfortable stay, and one I’d happily book again."
