La Chapelle Hotel ★★★★

📍 9 Av. de Cran, Annecy

"Very young and very friendly team, very large room, Nespresso machine and fresh water daily. Despite the very modern interior, no Netflix. No inviting lobby, no nice terrace. €22 for parking and breakfast prices are quite steep. Great bar. Great housekeeping, minor flaws (but for €220 a night, these shouldn't exist)."

Best Western Plus Hotel Carlton ★★★★

📍 5 Rue des Glières, Annecy

"The hotel is in a good location, close to station and city centre and the main tourist attraction but my stay wasn't very pleasant in the hotel. I booked one room with 2 adult, I usually get twin rooms when I asked the hotel but BWP asked me to pay for upgrade to twin beds, and they said I get a room with a balcony too.I was happy to get a room with balcony so I agreed to pay. When saw the room was very disappointed. The room was very small basically has a double two bed joined together. The bathroom is basically for slim figure people. Our room was on a second floor, very close to a park and train/station. when I opened the balcony all the traffic noise and daytime you can hear the children screaming and playing in the park. Night time you can hear from the park rough sleepers are arguing and shouting with each others and shouting and screaming. There was no peace and quiet in the room. I had to close the belcony door though out my stay. I went to Annecy to celebrate my birthday but it wasn't as great as I have aspected from the hotel. But Annecy is beautiful city and would go back to city again and would stay another hotel."

Logis - Hôtel Restaurant Bellevue Annecy ★★

📍 90 Av. de Genève, Annecy

"Good price value hotel, directly in front of a bus stop to go to the city center (otherwise 20min straight walk, can't get lost). All you can expect from a 2 star hotel, friendliness atop. Clean rooms, good bed, would have given 5 stars if they had AC, but fortunately the night was cool and you can sleep with windows open as the area is very quiet. Nice value breakfast. Pictures on the Internet don't reflect the hotel and you might be sceptic when arriving but go ahead and stay overnight "

Impérial Palace ★★★★

"Very bad experience as the staff is not customer oriented. Just follow the rules rather than listening to customers. No passion and snails on staff face, not professional hospitality. The staff didn’t give any guideline of the benefit during stay. Terrible corridors with dirty carts all around. Not recommended at all even the building is beautiful but staff can’t give good experience at all!"
