Enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom oceanfront apartment. It is the perfect place to enjoy your time in Mexico! The apartment is on the second floor of a private villa with incredible views of the ocean from the sitting area, eating area , kitchen and the large private balcony. Both bedrooms have a king bed and their own bathroom and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. A gas grill is provided on the balcony. Even though water comes from our own private well, but we also provide bottled water for your use. Housekeeping is provided weekly for stays of a week or longer. The ocean is a few steps away through our beach gate. Enjoy sitting on the beach or sitting under our private palapa which is a few feet from the shoreline. We provide sun umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs for your use. We also have two kayaks and a paddle board for guests to use. The property’s heated pool is a great place to relax, swim, and to experience the incredible sunsets that this area has to offer.Our villa is situated in a residential area between two small towns that are each a 15-20 min walk away. They offer a variety of restaurants and food markets. Pickle ball and tennis courts are a 7 min walk away. This apartment is one of the largest units in a private gated two villa and guesthouse property that are also for rent.
