"The hotel room was very spacious, and the location was excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby. The lobby was really impressive and grand, especially for an American-style hotel. We stayed for five nights, but the only downside was that we were charged $5 for the two complimentary bottles of water that were provided."
"Stayed for three days, but only received complimentary bottled water on the first day. The room wasn't restocked with water or toilet paper on the second and third days after cleaning. There's also no ice machine or ice available, which are small details many hotels provide but this one doesn't. When I asked the front desk for water, they said it's only provided on the first day! I really don't understand why they'd only give water once if I'm staying for multiple days! The room itself was large, but the service was just average. Next time, I wouldn't choose this hotel unless all other nearby options are fully booked."
"No breakfast, the motel is very convenient, there is a large parking lot opposite, you need to go upstairs to live on the second floor, if you have luggage, you must go upstairs, simple and comfortable, but no coffee machine"
"The rooms are great, and the surrounding environment is fantastic too. It's right next to a park and a golf course. However, the valet parking fee is a bit steep."
"Located in Los Angeles's Chinese district, the hotel offers a relatively safe neighborhood, fresh air, and a comfortable environment. The only minor downside is that some rooms close to the subway and highway can be quite noisy. On the positive side, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the facilities are comprehensive. The front desk staff are friendly, welcoming guests with warmth and patience."
"Booked a two-bedroom, one-living room type, duplex upstairs and downstairs. The room is fully equipped with a kitchen, but it is a bit old. The upstairs toilet is very small and basically needs to be opened. Parking is $15 per night."
"The price of this hotel is very good in the United States. Although the facilities are old but clean, the sleeping is very comfortable, the service is also very good, the surrounding area is a Chinese gathering area for eating and shopping within 15 minutes by car, and I will stay here next time."
"The hotel is located in an area where Chinese people are concentrated, and there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. If you drive here, you need to tell the waiter at the front desk that the parking fee is $12 a day, and you can enter and exit the parking lot by swiping your room card, which is very convenient. The breakfast is not bad, you can eat in the restaurant, or you can take a large plate back to the room to eat."
"We stayed for three days and two nights. Check-in was around 9 PM on the first night. The front desk staff were nice and carefully informed us of the breakfast time. That night, we couldn't adjust the air conditioning temperature, so it was quite cold and we had to cover ourselves with a blanket. The next morning, we found a puddle of water on the floor near the refrigerator. It was quite wet and difficult to wipe dry with toilet paper; it might have seeped in from the shower in the next room. We immediately reported this to the front desk after breakfast, and they said they would send someone to check. When we returned from our outing the next day, the floor was indeed dry. My room, 401, shared a door with the next room, so it was easy to hear noises from next door while sleeping, but this was unavoidable; you need to bring your own earplugs. Check-out on the third day went smoothly. There were many Asian restaurants nearby, and we went to Mo-mo Paradise, which was great!"
