"Planned early on and booked our exact room type, a two queen studio suite. Price paid room confirmed. Upon check in, front desk says nothing about room change or availability. Entered the room, figured it was a one queen room. Called the front desk, told us our room type was over sold and this was the only room we can get. No apologies, no upgrade, no compensation, no shame. Only solution is “you can talk to the manager tomorrow morning”. Had to have phone and in-app conversation with our travel agent for 2 hours to finally reach some compromise. And had to stick with the wrong room type. Facilities are ok. But hotel service is terrible."
