"My wife, our friend and I stopped in here for lunch while out and about. I had the fish & chips, and my wife and friend both had the chicken finger basket with home-made fries. All was quite good. Service was pleasant and price was reasonable"

"Ivey's reception desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The connected bistro was also great. Since I was traveling by bicycle, it was nice to have a restaurant so handy. The wait staff was personable and efficient and the food (Thai chili chicken wings and farmer's fries) was delicious. The room was comfortable and well stocked. While the hotel is dated, it did the job and I was very happy with my visit. I would definitely stay her again."

"We stayed here while on a trip up north to visit family. The hotel was recently renovated and was everything that we could have asked for. The lobby is warm and welcoming. The staff friendly and courteous. Our room looked brand new with lots of lighting and new carpeting. Comfortable king bed. Very quiet in the section where we stayed. The bathroom was small but adequate. The shower door was a half-door which allows water to get on the floor. A bit odd but plenty of water pressure available, well lit and very clean. We ate dinner across the street at a brewery. Great location as we could walk over there no problem. We had breakfast in the hotel. Really good food and outstanding service from the wait staff. Overall this place hits all of the marks. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the county."

"I live locally and decided to try a stay at the brand new Wolastoq Inn and Suites. I have friends and family who come regularly for visits but do not have extra space for them to sleep. The decor in the room was very nice. Everything was neat as a pin. The paintings were absolutely beautiful. I stayed in room #1 which had a queen sized bed, couch, desk, huge television, jacks for charging electronic devices, and storage for plenty of clothes. The refrigerator was missing but is on the way. Also included was an additional room with a twin sized bed and a full sized television. I thought what a great place for the kids to hang out. I stayed for two nights with a friend. We slept like rocks. In the morning they had a nice continental styled breakfast with muffins, bananas, apples, and coffee. We met the owner and several of the staff who were all very nice and accommodating. I would recommend the Wolastoq Inn and Suites to anyone. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. "If you are looking for an experience that will refresh your soul and learn more about the yoga state of mind this is the place for you! The service was phenomenal! I stepped out of my comfort zone and had vegetarian meals that were excellent! There was so much love shared with the guests! I was looking for a retreat to refresh my soul and re light my fire, Donna and Ajeet definitely nurtured this! I definitely plan to go again! The group of women for this specific workshop “women’s rewilding and mental health” was everything I was looking for and more. The mission of simplicity in a complex world was definitely achieved!"
