Ebenfalls war das Zimmer sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Das Spa war gut ausgestattet mit verschiedenen Massagedüsen und Saunas, welche ebenfalls sehr zu einem entspannten Wocheende beigetragen haben. Ein Highlight ist ganz klar das Panorama Restaurant Alpensand welches eine der besten Pizzen servierte die wir je geniessen durften."

Sauna/hammam was a relaxing moment after a ski day and a great option when weather is not great. Breakfast buffet was amazing, with a large variety of food. Shuttle bus service super helpful as the hotel is abit remote from ski télécabine and train station."

"The hotel was well located, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with one receptionist on the morning of December 30. We asked if our room could be cleaned as it was very dusty, but she responded aggressively, saying we should have informed them upon arrival. Her tone made us feel as though we were asking for a free stay rather than a standard service, and she came across as quite rude. Aside from this incident, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was nice"
