"Our room was full of spiders and bugs. There were spider webs on the wall. Some of the lights in the room weren’t working and there was a problem with the toilet flush too. Honestly, the only good thing was the free parking. Hotel staff was friendly too."

"I was SO worried about staying here, the word budget doesn't strike hope into most people but it was so deceiving. First off it was really clean! Perfect location as it's opposite the bus stop and a short walk from the train station. We went to see Adele and it was prime location for us. You could also walk, which we did from the concert to the hotel. It was so basic, as in more basic than you'd think - two pillows for two people in one bed wasn't enough - I'm sure two more pillows won't break the bank? Also a very thin duvet but preferences differ between people so this might not be an issue for everyone. The duvet was also really small so that didn't suit us. The bed was SUPER comfortable though. There were also only two towels, I mean like the pillows I'm sure one more wouldn't be bad? I'd have liked maybe a kettle and tea stuff but it's not a must. This hotel really is what's advertised! VERY basic, but perfect for us as we went out exploring most of the day. I would stay again""

"This hotel is mainly used by business travelers, for example, for trade fairs and similar events. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are functionally furnished, and there's an excellent breakfast. Some of the staff, however, aren't overly friendly."

"We liked this hotel, modern, clean, large room and in this case occupied by a number of "Swifties". Whilst the shower was very good that it was entirely made of transparent glass was a little off putting. The staff were friendly and it was nice to sit in the courtyard bar in the late evening."
