"We spent one night at this hotel, a 3-minute drive from the Unipol Arena. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping center with restaurants and shops. Private, covered, unattended parking is available. We checked in around 11:30 PM and paid for the room directly. The room was clean, warm, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent. The only real downside was the receptionist who called us in our room at 2:00 AM saying that the scan of our documents hadn't been successful. We said we'd sort it out the next morning. He insisted, offering to go up and get them. We repeated that we'd sort it out in the morning. Are they disturbing guests at 2:00 AM? And by insisting? Disgraceful behavior."

"We only stayed one night to attend a concert. The hotel is a bit out of town but easily accessible by metro. The Unipol Forum is right next door. Very good breakfast. Clean, good service. Unfortunately, no power outlets in the room. Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere. Well-suited for conferences and concerts."
