Olympus Residence is a comfortable and modern place to stay in Athens. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped for a short stay. Just starting to show some age but the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and having kitchen and laundry facilities was a definite plus. The location is in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. Most of Athens’ major attractions, including Syntagma Square and the Acropolis, are around 1.5–2 km away. This was a good walk for us, but travellers with limited mobility or those wanting to be right in the heart of the action may prefer somewhere closer. There were a few areas that could be improved. Communication before arrival was disappointing. I contacted the property several times to ask about the possibility of an early check-in, but several messages went unanswered, including a call to the listed emergency number. I eventually received a response only after sending a text message to that number. Better communication would make the arrival experience much smoother. The kitchen was functional, but the utensils and cooking equipment were very basic. Anyone planning to prepare more than simple meals may find the kitchen somewhat limited. Overall, despite the communication issues and the basic kitchen setup, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered good value. With a few improvements, particularly in guest communication, it would be an excellent place to stay.

The room is not bad, quite big, clean and convenient! This price is set to this room is also affordable, the service is good, I want to eat a scrambled egg at breakfast, and I also arranged it. It is a very pleasant stay.

Before check-in, the hotel added wechat through the Trip.com message and sent a check-in guide. Fortunately, I bought a European traffic phone card before I came, and everything went smoothly. This apartment looks like it is in a residential area, and a small house on the ground floor has been changed to a homestay apartment. There is no customer service and no breakfast after check-in. The advantage is that no one disturbs. There are refrigerators, micro stoves, induction cookers and other kitchen supplies in the house. You can buy food for simple processing. The balcony on the top floor is slightly more expensive, but the balcony is actually useless. Another thing that is not suitable is that the bathroom on the top floor is a floor-to-ceiling window. Although there are curtains outside, it feels that it cannot completely block the light. I don't know if the Greeks have the habit of taking a bath without avoiding people.
