"Our recent experience here was definitely sub par, we are unlikely to ever return, it is quite expensive for comparibly sparse accommodation, there were noisy restaurant guests, loudly swearing motel guests and the smoking area is in a dangerous area next to gas tanks, we got out of here as quickly as possible."

"Firstly, I rang to find out availability for two rooms. My husband and I for one room and our trainee for the other room. The lady on the phone hardly spoke English so trying to give her our email address was difficult so I suggested that I send her an email so she could have the correct information. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and constantly ringing the bell did nothing. When someone finally arrived there was confusion on whether we had two rooms reserved or not, but I was able to show the lady that I had been charged two rooms on my credit card. OK we now had two keys! The room itself is very basic. A little drab as paintwork had been done in awhile. The fan above the bed was caked in dust! Bed was comfortable though. In the morning when we left I asked for tax invoices for the two rooms. Lady emailed them and we were on our way. When I tried to download the tax invoices to our accounting program one was constantly rejected. Upon looking at the two tax invoices I discovered that although there was two different names on the top of each one, both invoices had the same room number and the same invoice number on them, hence it looked like one tax invoice had been issued and only the names had been changed. It was no good for me to only be able to use one tax invoice for our business expenses. I emailed the hotel explaining that I needed the invoices to have different invoice numbers and different room numbers. Unfortunately, two weeks later and I have had no reply. I dont know if they are doing something shonky as far as the Taxation Department is concerned. Will NOT EVER stay here again."

"Excellent location and staff. Quiet, old-style, big room away from the main street. Great air con and a good night sleep. Sink, kettle, tea & coffee in room with fridge. TV larger than the fridge!! Some facilities were under repair during my stay - however the staff made extra efforts to look after me, made alternate arrangements, so it was nothing to be concerned about! Very happy with my stay on road trip."
