The entire team was pleasant and easy to work with, especially Ms. Charmaine Rael, Sales Coordinator, who assisted us throughout the process. We truly felt that we were in good hands. All our questions and concerns were promptly and thoroughly addressed. Ms. Rael was very accommodating and attentive, even beyond office hours, making sure that our inquiries were answered in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate our experience with Brittany Hotel a well-deserved 5 stars for their excellent service, professionalism, and dedicated staff.
