"The room was beautiful and spacious, very clean, and the stay was great. The TV screen mirroring worked well, and the bedding wasn't just plain white sheets, it was very comfortable! 👍 It's super convenient for visiting the North Slope of Tianchi Lake, and the front desk also has partnered travel consultants who can arrange everything at a discount. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit, highly recommended!"

"Traveling as a family of four, we booked the Little Yellow Duck family room. It was incredibly spacious, with a large bed and a bunk bed, which my two sons absolutely loved! The hotel arranged a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the high-speed rail station. The staff even kindly provided my elder son with a hot spring ticket and breakfast voucher, which we really appreciated! The hot springs were wonderful, with both indoor and outdoor pools. Another major perk is the hotel's VIP access, allowing early entry to Changbai Mountain. A shuttle departs from the hotel entrance at 7:30 AM to the North Gate of Changbai Mountain, giving us a 30-minute head start before it officially opens. This meant we could take the shuttle up to the main peak almost without queuing, and it wasn't crowded when we arrived. This was a truly fantastic and valuable experience!"

"The service was incredibly warm, making for a fantastic experience. Front desk staff Yuan Yuan was enthusiastic and efficient. They offered free luggage storage and the shuttle driver was professional and punctual, providing excellent, worry-free service throughout. The location is superb, making travel stress-free. It's within walking distance to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center and just a 5-minute taxi ride to the mountain gate, which is super convenient for catching the early view of Tianchi Lake. We were also right next to Edelweiss Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, and only 7.7 km from Changbaishan Station, with free shuttle service making things incredibly convenient!"

"The hotel is very close to Changbaishan Station, about 3km by car, a 10-minute taxi ride. It's about 5km from the Changbaishan North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, a 15-minute taxi ride away. Cleanliness: The room was very tidy, and the hotel lobby and corridors also had a clean and pleasant color scheme. The room had a microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator. The wardrobe had an iron, and the bathroom had a great hairdryer (really effective!). The hotel's first floor has four washing machines and four dryers, perfect for doing laundry after a hike. The gym is well-equipped, but I skipped it this time after climbing the mountain (being lazy). Food deliveries can be brought up by a robot (there are not many dining options nearby, but you can take a 10-minute taxi ride for Korean food, which is closer to the North Slope distribution center – good to eat before heading to the mountain). Indoor and outdoor hot springs for 2 adults and 2 children: There were about ten hot spring pools of various sizes. It was raining when we visited, so there weren't many people, and it was very relaxing. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick."

"I just brushed this homestay, because the price is not high, I have the mentality of giving it a try, the result is really good value for money, super good! The homestay has an elevator, we are driving by ourselves, parking is very convenient! The house is fully equipped, in addition to a large bed, there is a comb bed, bath towels are disposable, clean, electric toilet curtains, refrigerator washing machine, bathroom dry and wet separation, TV can also cast screen! Self-check-in, the business attitude is also very good, highly recommended! ! ! ! ! !"

"Five stars overall, highly recommended! The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, the room hygiene was spotless, and the breakfast buffet was rich with local specialties. The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station and the north slope of Changbai Mountain. This was the most comfortable stay I've had on my Changbai Mountain trip. I'll definitely choose this Mercure again next time I visit Erdaobaihe. I genuinely recommend it to all friends visiting Changbai Mountain!"

"The room is so so cute. It was a really nice and comfortable stay. The room has all that one needs and it’s practical and functional. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The design is well thought out. I enjoy spending time there. Tianchi was not open the whole time I was there so I spent a bit more time in the room and it’s nice! The owner and family are very friendly and helpful as well. They help as much as they can even though I asked so many questions. They’re quite attentive to their guests. I was a bit down because of Tianchi but they made it a good time nonethelss! I bought breakfast separately for the days I want to eat and they have nice sets of breakfast. There is a washing machine and a dryer and they’re quite busy. Still, it’s very convenient. The location is in walking distance to the Reindeer park, duck park, and distribution center too. So that’s a plus. It’s about 1-1.5 km away from the busy streets and the food. If you can’t hail a ride, it’s still possible to walk (though it’s very cold). It was a lovely stay and I loved the place!"

"Booking this B&B was the best decision of our trip! The room design is incredibly stylish, with the wooden decor perfectly executed. The small courtyard outside the window was particularly beautiful after a light snowfall, with a dusting of snow on the table. The room was also spotlessly clean, the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation. The location was also very convenient. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful, providing full guidance from before check-in right through to check-out. The entire experience was fantastic, like being welcomed by an old friend. She even specially prepared a gift, which was a lovely touch!"

"Hotel very big space with 3 bed rooms and living room and kitchen, it’s one floor for us and can stay less than 10 people. Good location and facilities. Special the owner very helpful and good arrangement for our leisure traveler. Free pick up from train station 🚉 as well. The location very good as well, it close to Changbaishan center and Er Dao Bai He as well. I would like to recommend to my friends or family and would like to stay again next time."

"I genuinely want to give this place a full five stars from the bottom of my heart. The moment I walked in: you could say it's American style, but it also has a vintage feel – I just really love it. The sofas and chairs are all tasteful, the selection of items is truly excellent, and even the kids' bathroom in the lobby looks great. Service: On the day we checked in, there might have been kids running around upstairs, which somewhat affected our rest. The front desk staff member, without a second thought, immediately helped me change rooms! One day, the elevator had an issue, and the staff member personally carried two suitcases down for me – truly appreciative! So, we took the stairs and discovered that the stairwell's decor was very well done and meticulously crafted, definitely not rough around the edges. Eating and drinking are super convenient right outside the hotel, and if you're going out for sightseeing, the shuttle service is also very convenient. Facilities: Because it's a family-friendly hotel, the snacks in the fridge are perfect for kids, including Pororo. The breakfast is quite good, clean and tidy, and the variety is decent! What's most comforting is that the service aunties and chefs are dressed uniformly and neatly, always maintaining a smile! We all agreed that this training is truly 'Accor-level'. The bathroom in the room is separated wet and dry, and another great point is that the wall by the TV has hooks everywhere, which is perfect for hanging all sorts of clothes, pants, and hats – a pile of clothes used for going out! The design is truly brilliant! One more thing: because it was snowing outside, guests would often track snow in, making the floor dirty. However, the aunties here must be very diligent, as the floor was almost always spotless! This shows how much attention they pay to detail. Overall, it gives you the impression of being very detailed, small but exquisite!"
