Hotel very big space with 3 bed rooms and living room and kitchen, it’s one floor for us and can stay less than 10 people. Good location and facilities. Special the owner very helpful and good arrangement for our leisure traveler. Free pick up from train station 🚉 as well. The location very good as well, it close to Changbaishan center and Er Dao Bai He as well. I would like to recommend to my friends or family and would like to stay again next time.

When I was looking for accommodation in Changbaishan, this place popped up so many times that I actually thought it was sponsored content. But after staying here, all I can say is, 'You deserve this!' First off, the transportation is super convenient. It's really close to both the high-speed train station and the distribution center for the North Slope. Plus, the owner offers free pickup and drop-off, which is perfect for families traveling with kids! There are also tons of great restaurants and places to eat and drink nearby. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a fantastic layout, and both the interior and exterior decor were lovely. There's a free laundry and drying area, and even a small hot spring. It's a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, but since it's shared, I recommend going early to avoid the crowds! Finally, and most importantly, the service was absolutely outstanding. Every single staff member was incredibly kind and helpful! Any issues were addressed and resolved promptly. They even helped bring in our laundry when it rained, and the owner invited guests to try some of the delicious food they made. For trips to further destinations, they helped arrange reliable drivers at fair prices. So, how satisfied am I? Well, if I ever return to Changbaishan, the stunning natural scenery accounts for 70% of the appeal, and this amazing accommodation experience makes up the other 30%! I highly recommend it to anyone who's still on the fence – just go for it!

This stay was a complete delight! I booked the Songjin Scenic King Room, and the 46-square-meter space felt incredibly bright and airy. The natural wood decor was warm and soothing, and the smart home system made everything super convenient. But the absolute best part was the view outside the window. Waking up and opening the curtains, I saw a large snowman with a red scarf standing in the courtyard, and window decals of 'Five Blessings to Your Door' on the glass. The pristine white snow, paired with the cozy, festive atmosphere of Chinese New Year, perfectly brought the beauty of winter to life. The room's comfort was exceptional. The plush bed and sofa allowed me to completely relax, and watching a movie on the projector at night melted all my fatigue away. Breakfast was also incredibly thoughtful. Served individually, the presentation was exquisite and hygienic. The soft corn pancakes, the warming millet porridge, and a bowl of hot noodle soup with a delicious broth – every bite was a comforting treat on a winter's day. From the quality details in the room to the thoughtful outdoor decorations and the comforting, homely breakfast, this place truly excelled in every aspect. If you're looking for a getaway here, this is definitely the place to choose!

I had a wonderful stay at Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel! The hotel is very affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers without compromising on comfort. What really stood out was the owner’s incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. The photos below show the owner fetching us to the attractions, which was such a thoughtful touch! The hotel is located right in town, so it’s very convenient. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and cozy. The owner is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to help and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. I felt really looked after throughout our visit. The environment is great, with plenty of attractions nearby, making it super convenient! You can even watch the rime ice from your room every morning – it's truly beautiful and worth every penny! The owner arranged the entire itinerary perfectly for you, both reasonable and affordable!

The room was spacious with a very comfortable layout. The bed was soft and clean, making it hard to want to get up once I laid down. The biggest surprise was the huge projection screen in the room; watching movies on the sofa at night created an amazing ambiance, truly like having a private cinema. The details were also very well done, with stylish lighting design and warm yellow lights making the whole room feel cozy and healing. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were complete, so there was nothing to worry about. The front desk service was also very thoughtful, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. All in all, it was a fantastic stay with excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm here. Highly recommend!

Flora Hotel offers excellent amenities and is very well equipped. Everything was fully prepared and thoughtfully provided. The hotel offers disposable towels, paper cups for brushing teeth, a hair dryer, a mahjong table, and many other facilities — truly, whatever you need is available, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable. The property itself is very spacious, with a super large house layout that feels open and relaxing. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, making it a great place to stay, especially for groups or families. The location is relatively near the city; however, food options nearby are limited. There is only a small restaurant beside the property, and apart from that, there aren’t many dining choices within walking distance. To reach the main food street, it is necessary to take a short car ride of about 5 minutes. Overall, Flora Hotel is a clean, spacious, and well-equipped place with excellent amenities. It’s a great option if you’re looking for comfort and space, especially if you don’t mind taking a short ride out for more food options 😊

The landlady is very kind, helpful, approachable, enthusiastic and patient. She helped me to arrange all the transportation during my whole journey there at a reasonable price. She replied all my queries promptly and patiently via wechat. If you are a foreign tourist without a local phone number, you can still contact her through WeChat by adding her contact number, which is her wechat contact ID . There are some restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is very convenient . The room is very spacious and bright with well-equipped facilities, and the surrounding environment is quiet, clean, hygienic and tidy. Highly recommended!!

Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

My entire stay was full of pleasant surprises, right from the complimentary pick-up service from Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station, which already showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and thorough. They patiently explained the hotel facilities and provided tips for exploring the surroundings, making me feel right at home. The hotel is nestled amidst the natural beauty of Toushan Village, with stunning snowscapes that are perfect for photos. Its design seamlessly blends ecological elements like water, wood, ice, and stone, making you feel like you're in a paradise on earth as you walk through the premises. The air is so fresh and invigorating. The indoor and outdoor hot springs are an absolute highlight. The pools are clean, and the ginseng scent is wonderfully authentic. Soaking in the outdoor hot springs in winter while watching the snow fall creates an incredibly atmospheric experience. The staff in the hot spring area were also incredibly enthusiastic and paid great attention to detail. The mountain view room I stayed in was spacious and spotless, with impeccable hygiene. It offered fantastic views of the mountains, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's dining was another delightful surprise. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the local corn noodles were authentically delicious. For other meals, the ingredients were fresh, and the prices were fair. Even when I arrived late, the restaurant thoughtfully delivered food to my room – so considerate! The hotel's amenities are also comprehensive, including free recreational activities. Its proximity to the North Slope of Changbai Mountain makes getting around incredibly convenient. From the service to the environment, from accommodation to the hot springs, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The next time I visit Changbai Mountain, I will definitely choose Mingrui Cangu Hot Spring Resort Hotel again!
