The room was good, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it's good value for money. The breakfast selection was average, but enough to fill you up. Service: 3.5, a bit low because of a minor oversight in cleaning on the first day, and some staff seemed unfamiliar with the surroundings. Minibar: Generous Travel worry-free - Changbaishan High-speed Rail Station pick-up/drop-off service: Came by plane, haven't used it yet. First time writing a Ctrip review, doing a task for a good rating. The front desk and breakfast area staff deserve full marks for their patience with the elderly. Others should learn from them (even though it's part of their job). The small self-service restaurant was surprisingly exquisite, delicious, and flavorful. It would be great if they could offer afternoon tea in the future. It doesn't necessarily have to follow other hotels with lunch and dinner. The restaurant across from the hotel window had a Golden Osmanthus fish that was rich and flavorful, just to my liking. Keep up the good work climbing the North Slope! This is a great place for everyone to relax and unwind. Suggestion: Suites could include a coffee capsule machine to enhance the stay experience. If it rains, you can happily stay in the hotel and enjoy a series of activities ^_^ The arcade coin experience was great. Although I didn't win, it would be nice if they offered a small plush toy 🧸, but that's just a personal suggestion."

"This hostel is a true gem, perfect for my four-night stay! I was really impressed by the cleanliness: the bedding is changed for every new guest, and the shared bathrooms and showers are cleaned incredibly frequently. The hot water pressure is great, and there's never a wait to blow-dry your hair. You can just scan a QR code to get drinks from the self-service machine. Food deliveries can come right into the lobby, and everyone bonding over noodles and skewers instantly breaks the ice. The owner from Hangzhou has great taste, and the local owner is super helpful – he arranged shared transport to Nanpo, a rafting trip, and even hooked us up with an awesome ATV jungle off-road experience, all at a much better price than I could find myself. The lobby gets even livelier at night: the bartender makes amazing cocktails, guests from all over chat and play cards, and two cats wander around your feet. As a picky traveler, I can confirm: this is what an ideal hostel looks like."

"Five stars, highly recommend this B&B! We arrived at Changbaishan Station late at night, and the owner was so thoughtful; she proactively arranged a complimentary pick-up for us. Since we were starving, I asked her if she could give us a room closer to a restaurant, and she readily agreed, which was a free upgrade! The driver even helped us carry our luggage upstairs (our suitcases were super heavy). They also gave us a free ride to the restaurant we wanted to go to. I'm so grateful! 😊 With such amazing service, we definitely had to extend our stay for another night! The owner can also help arrange activities!"

"The whole hotel has a relaxed and casual atmosphere, with a comfortable and natural environment. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service is attentive and easygoing, responding quickly to any requests. The location is convenient for getting around, and the value for money is excellent. I felt at ease and comfortable during my stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!"

"Staying at the Crowne Plaza Changbai Mountain Hot Spring Resort offered a mixed experience overall. **Highlights:** The hotel's service was truly impressive; all staff members were enthusiastic, responsive, and proactively offered travel advice and asked about our itinerary. The backyard features an adorable petting zoo where you can get up close with sika deer, alpacas, and other small animals, making for a relaxing and therapeutic stroll – perfect for families with children. The hotel also boasts its own volcanic hot springs with both indoor and outdoor pools, which are incredibly comfortable and soothing after a day of hiking. **Drawbacks:** The guest rooms are on the smaller side, feeling a bit cramped. The minibar in the room didn't include any drinks, so we had to call room service for water. The hotel's location is relatively secluded, with very few dining options available outside the hotel, meaning we were largely reliant on the hotel's internal dining, which had limited choices. This hotel is ideal for guests who prioritize hot springs, animal interactions, and excellent service. However, if you have high expectations for room spaciousness or dining outside the hotel, it's advisable to manage your expectations beforehand."

"If you are traveling during winter, it's a lovely place to stay, it's like a condo rent out of that sort, during the snow season does look like a santa town, a small village with decor surrounded with lights, very christmasy. Big apartment, we booked 2 bedrooms room type, heat, hot water etc all equipped. Cleanliness is great the first day, sloppy afterwards, stains on floors from day 2 til the day we left. We stayed for 5 nights. Service wise still quite good, 阳阳 is very responsive, 5 stars for her. But it's noisy every morning, there were 3 morning straight I got woken up by the noises at like 6am, other guests or staffs loud chats, banging sounds, furnitures moving around etc.... usually from 6-8 am. Breakfast is horrible though 😆 Overall, it's still a good option."

"Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience."

Here's a hidden gem for photos: check out the corridor in their hot spring changing room – it's incredibly futuristic. The overall environment and hygiene are meticulously maintained. The room is spacious and bright, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The mattress is just the right firmness, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The indoor temperature is comfortable, and there's no unpleasant new-decoration smell. The hotel is situated by the forest, offering a tranquil environment filled with negative ions. Opening the window reveals breathtaking views of vast pine forests. Since I love the freshness of nature, the misty atmosphere in the mornings here is truly captivating, ideal for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Every staff member at the front desk is incredibly enthusiastic. Check-in was efficient and quick. They proactively offered hot water, recommended local delicacies, and provided helpful tips for hiking. Any requests were promptly addressed, and they thoughtfully reminded us about the temperature differences in the mountains and important precautions for climbing. A major highlight is that the restaurant also offers late-night supper service, featuring my favorite Korean creamy buldak noodles and delicious small side dishes with Yanbian Korean ethnic characteristics. Paired with instant noodles, it's incredibly tasty! The restaurant staff can even help cook the instant noodles. It's no exaggeration to say it's a feast for both the eyes and the palate – a luxurious version of instant noodles! They even thoughtfully added cabbage, spinach, and an egg. I kept replaying the taste in my mind long after I finished eating. The public areas are clean and quiet. The air around is fresh in the mornings and evenings, with lush green mountains and forests everywhere, allowing for an immersive experience of Changbai Mountain's natural atmosphere. It's suitable for both solo travelers and group outings. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Changbai Mountain."
