Recommend for traveller who planned to visit Changbaishan North side. Additionally, There is a black cat who stay in front of hotel. Please kindly give her some cat food and clean water. "This hotel boasts an excellent location. It offers a special VIP entrance to Changbai Mountain, saving you the shuttle ride from the tourist service center to the mountain gate. The direct bus to the Heavenly Lake summit uses a VIP lane, cutting down on waiting time. Overall, this saves at least 2 hours. The butler service is proactive, reaching out a day in advance for one-on-one communication to ensure on-time pick-up. The hotel breakfast is nutritious and delicious. In the evenings, you can enjoy the incredibly convenient and fantastic hot springs. The butler service is attentive, providing 24-hour assistance. You can even choose your preferred pillow, which is a lovely touch. We went up the mountain a second time and finally saw Heavenly Lake – it was absolutely worth it! For the North Slope of Heavenly Lake, the Crowne Plaza is an excellent choice. We also received a free upgrade to a mountain view room, offering a distant view of the snow-capped Changbai Mountain peaks!"

"Upon contacting the owner beforehand, we arranged complimentary pick-up from Changbaishan High-Speed Rail Station. The guesthouse itself has a very pleasant ambiance, is clean, and even has an elevator. Erdaobaihe isn't a big place, and the guesthouse's location is extremely convenient. It's excellent for exploring: to the left, about a kilometer away, are Edelweiss Park and Wetland Park, with Yunding Market further up a slope in the same direction. To the right, diagonally across the road, you'll find the Yikou Changbai Cultural & Creative Store. A short walk straight, then a right turn downhill, leads to Autumn Duck Park and Enduli. The room we booked was a bit small, but other room types opposite ours appeared quite spacious. All rooms are equipped with Xiaodu smart devices, the shower features a retractable clothesline, and there's a mini-fridge in the room. The towels and bedding were very clean and comfortable. Any small issues we encountered were quickly resolved after speaking with the owner. One minor inconvenience was a power outage one night, making the room quite stuffy. Power was restored around 5 AM, and the Xiaodu smart device immediately started talking upon rebooting, which unfortunately woke us up. On a positive note, the safety exits were very well-maintained and clearly marked. Breakfast offered a good selection including congee (porridge), soy milk, *youtiao* (fried dough sticks), steamed buns, corn, sweet potatoes, and various fruits."

"Extremely satisfied with our Changbai Mountain trip! A special shout-out to DongSheng, our hotel's travel butler, whose service was truly exceptional: ✅ Winter Rafting: He took us on a magical rime rafting experience with breathtaking scenery. ✅ Worry-Free Transportation: We heard taxis are hard to come by in Changbai Mountain, but DongSheng provided transportation for our entire stay, so we didn't have to worry about getting around at all. ✅ Authentic Food Recommendations: He took us to try a traditional firewood iron pot stew, and the chicken was incredibly tender, flavorful, and aromatic! I genuinely recommend that all guests staying at this hotel ask him to arrange their itinerary – it will save you time, effort, and money!"

"Transitioning from the Wanda Hyatt to this hotel was like moving from hell to heaven. The price was comparable (even 100 cheaper), yet everything, from service to amenities, was vastly superior. Upon entering the room, we found honey tea already brewed in a thermos and a beautifully arranged fruit platter. (They provide different nightly tea drinks and fresh fruit daily throughout your stay, featuring local specialties like peaches and blueberries.) The in-room coffee and tea selection were elevated by several notches, and we even received a small jar of linden honey (it was so delicious, I ended up buying some!). In the evenings, the lobby bar offered complimentary beverages and alcoholic drinks. The Hyatt, on the other hand, only had a selection of chargeable snacks and drinks, with common fruits like apples and bananas only available on the day of check-in. The hot spring pools here offer an unbeatable view, and the overall hot spring environment is fantastic. We even spotted several chipmunks! Going in the afternoon meant there was hardly anyone around, allowing us to take photos freely. The Wanda's summer hot springs, however, were a stark contrast – it was like a sardine can, with people crammed around every pool, and a 2-3 person queue for each shower (though strangely, the men's showers had no queues). Given that this hotel is less crowded, we were always able to snag a lovely window seat for breakfast. The breakfast spread was incredibly refined, featuring delicacies like shrimp dumplings, siu mai, soup dumplings, chicken feet, spare ribs, and large prawns. They also offered different noodle dishes daily, including Tonkotsu ramen. The soy milk and various porridges were significantly superior to the mass-produced options often found elsewhere. While the sheer variety might not match that of bustling, queue-heavy hotels like the Hyatt, it absolutely triumphs in terms of quality! This hotel provides a full set of children's amenities, including adorable slippers, bathrobes, and even kid-friendly body lotion. In stark contrast, the Hyatt only offered children's slippers and bathrobes (during my multi-day stay, one day they even missed the bathrobe entirely), with absolutely no other provisions – even the toothbrushes provided were adult-sized. The shuttle service here is excellent: a private car and dedicated driver for each family. They were also very helpful with luggage, and the timing was always perfect – we'd just finish exploring the area and the car would be ready to pick us up. If I were forced to find a fault, it would be that the flooring in some areas felt a bit old and had a tendency to creak."

"I stayed here in Dalian, and it was excellent and very convenient. The community was quiet, with complete facilities, and pet-friendly. My beloved pet could play happily downstairs, and parking was super convenient. There was a buffet breakfast, which wasn't available when I booked, but the owner kindly added it for us. The breakfast was perfect for us—home-style, light, and delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. Changbai Mountain isn't very big, so getting around is easy. I think this community has the best location—quiet yet convenient. The air quality is superb; the air throughout Changbai Mountain is always fresh. 100% satisfied! Thank you, owner!"

"The owner is very nice. My two friends and I stayed there, and it was very spacious and comfortable. It had air conditioning and an electric blanket, so it was very warm at night. There's also a sofa, table, chairs, and a refrigerator. The location is excellent, close to both the Changbai Mountain scenic area and the food street."
