In the morning, it's a quick 5-minute taxi ride to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, which is super convenient. All the staff are very friendly. When we checked out, they even gave us local handmade soap and ginseng as gifts. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit."

Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. "Traveling with kids, we planned to visit the North Slope of Changbai Mountain, but unfortunately, the scenic area was closed for three days due to a typhoon. However, the hotel was great! They provided complimentary hot spring tickets, so we could enjoy a dip every day. The hot springs themselves were decent, with both indoor and outdoor pools, and attendants available 24/7. The hotel environment was lovely, with wild cherry and blueberry bushes planted at the entrance, and even little bunnies, so we weren't bored at all. Not far from the hotel, there were ginseng picking spots, the Jiuxi Tingquan scenic area, and rafting opportunities."

"The Crowne Plaza Changbai Mountain truly exceeded our expectations and was the most satisfying choice of our entire trip to Changbai Mountain. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the North Slope entrance of Changbai Mountain. It boasts an exclusive green channel to the scenic area, meaning no need to wake up early and queue in long lines. We could easily enter the park, saving a lot of time. The overall architecture is in a forest cabin style, surrounded by dense trees, creating a serene and quiet environment. The guest rooms are elegantly decorated with wooden furniture and landscape murals. The space is spacious and clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also has its own natural forest hot springs. After a day of exploring, a soak there washed away all the fatigue from hiking. The staff were attentive and efficient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of exquisite and delicious dishes. Choosing this hotel for your trip to Changbai Mountain is definitely the right decision. The experience was fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit."

"The room was spacious with a very comfortable layout. The bed was soft and clean, making it hard to want to get up once I laid down. The biggest surprise was the huge projection screen in the room; watching movies on the sofa at night created an amazing ambiance, truly like having a private cinema. The details were also very well done, with stylish lighting design and warm yellow lights making the whole room feel cozy and healing. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were complete, so there was nothing to worry about. The front desk service was also very thoughtful, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. All in all, it was a fantastic stay with excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm here. Highly recommend!"

"2-hour rafting/skiing (choose one): The rafting was absolutely beautiful, and the rime ice was stunning. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the guesthouse. The guesthouse also has alpacas, deer, and rabbits that are very friendly and cute. The room was comfortable and clean. While the location is a bit out of the way, that's exactly the quiet environment we were looking for. The owner can also help arrange a taxi, which is very handy. One time, we needed to go out but couldn't find a car, so the owner, who had just woken up, personally drove us there. Thumbs up!"

"The sanitation is very good, the room bed is three-piece set for one guest and one change, and the quilt cover is covered. Each berth has small lights, sockets and table boards. The room has air conditioning and swipes to enter the room. The toilet is in the corridor, not far away. The bathroom is relatively clean, with hair dryer and toilet paper. There are toilets and squats. It is not far from Changbaishan Station and it is not expensive. The boss is warm and thoughtful, providing plastic slippers, disposable bath towels and dental appliances. Takeaway meals need to go to the lobby on the first floor, and the garbage is cleaned up. There are also two cats in the lobby that are very close. Service isn't just about superficial procedures. Meticulous service is what makes a B&B truly great. Firstly, the shuttle service shouldn't just be about helping with luggage; don't even try to blame it on outsourced drivers. How to manage outsourced services is something the hotel should handle. Secondly, when front desk staff or concierges answer questions, you can tell they're trying, but it still makes you want to facepalm. They evade questions and don't directly answer them – what's the point? 3.5 stars? Tears for my scratched-up matte suitcase."

The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and thorough. They patiently explained the hotel facilities and provided tips for exploring the surroundings, making me feel right at home. The hotel is nestled amidst the natural beauty of Toushan Village, with stunning snowscapes that are perfect for photos. Its design seamlessly blends ecological elements like water, wood, ice, and stone, making you feel like you're in a paradise on earth as you walk through the premises. The air is so fresh and invigorating. The indoor and outdoor hot springs are an absolute highlight. The pools are clean, and the ginseng scent is wonderfully authentic. Soaking in the outdoor hot springs in winter while watching the snow fall creates an incredibly atmospheric experience. The staff in the hot spring area were also incredibly enthusiastic and paid great attention to detail. The mountain view room I stayed in was spacious and spotless, with impeccable hygiene. It offered fantastic views of the mountains, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's dining was another delightful surprise. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the local corn noodles were authentically delicious. For other meals, the ingredients were fresh, and the prices were fair. Even when I arrived late, the restaurant thoughtfully delivered food to my room – so considerate! The hotel's amenities are also comprehensive, including free recreational activities. Its proximity to the North Slope of Changbai Mountain makes getting around incredibly convenient. From the service to the environment, from accommodation to the hot springs, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The next time I visit Changbai Mountain, I will definitely choose Mingrui Cangu Hot Spring Resort Hotel again!"

"Location: It's near Changbaishan Station and offers a shuttle service, but during peak season, three people squeezed into the back row was quite uncomfortable. Room: The room was spacious, and the sofa bed was made up. The split-level setup was relatively comfortable. The hot springs were great. Breakfast variety and taste were just average. The 'Little Explorer' activity turned out to be just hotel staff leading a craft session. There was no public notice or mention at check-in. It was only when I asked at the front desk upon checkout that I was able to get two craft kits."
