"The room was beautiful and spacious, very clean, and the stay was great. The TV screen mirroring worked well, and the bedding wasn't just plain white sheets, it was very comfortable! 👍 It's super convenient for visiting the North Slope of Tianchi Lake, and the front desk also has partnered travel consultants who can arrange everything at a discount. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit, highly recommended!"

"The hotel is very close to Changbaishan Station, about 3km by car, a 10-minute taxi ride. It's about 5km from the Changbaishan North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, a 15-minute taxi ride away. Cleanliness: The room was very tidy, and the hotel lobby and corridors also had a clean and pleasant color scheme. The room had a microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator. The wardrobe had an iron, and the bathroom had a great hairdryer (really effective!). The hotel's first floor has four washing machines and four dryers, perfect for doing laundry after a hike. The gym is well-equipped, but I skipped it this time after climbing the mountain (being lazy). Food deliveries can be brought up by a robot (there are not many dining options nearby, but you can take a 10-minute taxi ride for Korean food, which is closer to the North Slope distribution center – good to eat before heading to the mountain). Indoor and outdoor hot springs for 2 adults and 2 children: There were about ten hot spring pools of various sizes. It was raining when we visited, so there weren't many people, and it was very relaxing. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick."

"Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station pick-up and drop-off service once each (please be sure to book one day in advance): To be honest, after I booked, I kept waiting for a pre-arrival call. I've stayed at many hotels, but no one from this one contacted me. I understand that it might be due to staff shortages during the off-season, but if you don't contact me, how am I supposed to know your hotel's information? The experience was already disappointing before I even arrived. I only remembered there was a car service to pick me up when I got to the high-speed rail station, so I quickly called the hotel. They sent a car with no license plate to pick me up, like an unlicensed taxi. Travel butler service: Completely non-existent. Hilton DoubleTree welcome cookies: No one offered them. From check-in to check-out, there were only two cold apples in the room (one of which was bruised, fine, we didn't eat or touch them). Very disappointing. I didn't book your hotel just for a small cookie, but since it was clearly stated as included and wasn't provided, I didn't dare to ask for anything else. Facilities: They were okay, no major issues during my two-day stay. Oh! The shower in my room drained slowly, and the hot water temperature was unstable. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Service: In the morning, I passed by a housekeeping auntie cleaning while on my way to breakfast. She just stared at me directly, which was a bit intimidating. I was the one who initiated by saying, ”Hello,” and only then did this 'gazing' auntie greet me. If this is the kind of service, there's no need to force employees to enthusiastically greet guests (I could clearly feel that the auntie didn't want to and wasn't willing to say anything, which I completely understand)."

"The environment is fantastic, very clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring experience was also incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety, but what truly stood out was the service. Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I'll definitely be back!"

"The location is great, right in town and close to all the attractions, within walking distance. Upon arrival, I got a free upgrade to a room with a window, which was a nice surprise. The hot spring on the top floor was quite comfortable, though you can't stay in for too long. You can even catch the fireworks from there! Eating and shopping were also very convenient. The only downside was that the North Slope of Tianchi was never open during my stay, so I had to go to the West Slope if I wanted to visit."

"The room was spacious with a very comfortable layout. The bed was soft and clean, making it hard to want to get up once I laid down. The biggest surprise was the huge projection screen in the room; watching movies on the sofa at night created an amazing ambiance, truly like having a private cinema. The details were also very well done, with stylish lighting design and warm yellow lights making the whole room feel cozy and healing. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were complete, so there was nothing to worry about. The front desk service was also very thoughtful, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. All in all, it was a fantastic stay with excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm here. Highly recommend!"

My entire stay was full of pleasant surprises, right from the complimentary pick-up service from Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station, which already showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and thorough. They patiently explained the hotel facilities and provided tips for exploring the surroundings, making me feel right at home. The hotel is nestled amidst the natural beauty of Toushan Village, with stunning snowscapes that are perfect for photos. Its design seamlessly blends ecological elements like water, wood, ice, and stone, making you feel like you're in a paradise on earth as you walk through the premises. The air is so fresh and invigorating. The indoor and outdoor hot springs are an absolute highlight. The pools are clean, and the ginseng scent is wonderfully authentic. Soaking in the outdoor hot springs in winter while watching the snow fall creates an incredibly atmospheric experience. The staff in the hot spring area were also incredibly enthusiastic and paid great attention to detail. The mountain view room I stayed in was spacious and spotless, with impeccable hygiene. It offered fantastic views of the mountains, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's dining was another delightful surprise. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the local corn noodles were authentically delicious. For other meals, the ingredients were fresh, and the prices were fair. Even when I arrived late, the restaurant thoughtfully delivered food to my room – so considerate! The hotel's amenities are also comprehensive, including free recreational activities. Its proximity to the North Slope of Changbai Mountain makes getting around incredibly convenient. From the service to the environment, from accommodation to the hot springs, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The next time I visit Changbai Mountain, I will definitely choose Mingrui Cangu Hot Spring Resort Hotel again!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Erdaobaihe Town, with beautiful surroundings and a wonderful winter atmosphere. There are three deer on site that guests can interact with closely. Breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options. Our butler, Xiao Yu, was available 24/7 and provided exceptionally thoughtful service, promptly addressing any needs. The room's interior design is also very good, with a soft bed and a large bathtub, plus complimentary disposable tub liners. Every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. It's even better than established five-star hotels like Hilton that I've stayed at before. For this price, to get such an environment and service, it's truly a no-brainer – just come!"

"The hotel offers a VIP direct access to the mountain, so even if you've already bought your tickets, you can go in anytime without an appointment. The butler service was very attentive and responsive, making everything so easy. The luggage porter was also very helpful and quick to address any issues. The bedding was super comfortable. Even though it gets light early here, I slept really well thanks to the excellent blackout curtains and the quiet, odor-free room. The only minor issue was that the bathroom light circuit might be a bit old. The hotel's hot spring was a highlight, especially the kids' specific pool. The bathrobes and slippers came with wristband clips, so there was no chance of mix-ups, and fresh ones were always available. My kids absolutely loved it!"

"Booking this B&B was the best decision of our trip! The room design is incredibly stylish, with the wooden decor perfectly executed. The small courtyard outside the window was particularly beautiful after a light snowfall, with a dusting of snow on the table. The room was also spotlessly clean, the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation. The location was also very convenient. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful, providing full guidance from before check-in right through to check-out. The entire experience was fantastic, like being welcomed by an old friend. She even specially prepared a gift, which was a lovely touch!"
