"As a family traveling with children, our hotel requirements are always quite strict, but the Changbaishan Yunjing Hotel delivered a satisfactory experience. First, the hotel opened in 2023, so the facilities are brand new, and there's no strange odor in the rooms, which is a major plus for families with kids. Second, the location is very convenient, close to the North Slope scenic area, as well as nearby attractions like the Wetland Flower Sea and Reindeer Park, making our itinerary feel completely unhurried. The hotel's breakfast buffet was a highlight; it offered not only standard dishes but also integrated local specialties, which my child enjoyed trying. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle service was incredibly practical, saving us the hassle of hailing a taxi with luggage and a child."

"The hotel's location is excellent, nestled among lush greenery. It truly lives up to its five-star rating with impeccable service. The room amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. My group of four friends booked four rooms. The room rate didn't include hot springs, but the hot springs were wonderful. We went in the morning when it was quiet and clean, and the service there was also exceptional. We were told the VIP access to Changbai Mountain was canceled, but the hotel still provided timely shuttle service to the park entrance. Our butler contacted us in advance to arrange check-in and answer any questions. Upon arrival, our luggage was immediately taken to our rooms. They even gave us freshly baked cookies, which were delicious. The hotel is close to the Changbai Mountain scenic area, and we were very satisfied with our stay."

The hotel is conveniently located just 8km from Changbaishan Railway Station and 57km from Baishan Changbaishan Airport. Guests will find Enduri Water Plaza, Changbai Mountain Sky Flight Tourist Experience Center and Changbai Mountain Helicopter Sightseeing Flight Club just a short distance from the hotel. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"The service was incredibly warm, making for a fantastic experience. Front desk staff Yuan Yuan was enthusiastic and efficient. They offered free luggage storage and the shuttle driver was professional and punctual, providing excellent, worry-free service throughout. The location is superb, making travel stress-free. It's within walking distance to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center and just a 5-minute taxi ride to the mountain gate, which is super convenient for catching the early view of Tianchi Lake. We were also right next to Edelweiss Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, and only 7.7 km from Changbaishan Station, with free shuttle service making things incredibly convenient!"

"This is a small, privately-owned hotel. I checked the online reviews before booking, and my stay was… okay. The room wasn't very big, and for the same price, I could have chosen the Lavande Hotel across the street. The facilities were relatively new, but there was a smoky smell when I entered. There are two restaurants downstairs that are open quite late at night. Getting around by taxi from here usually costs about 8 yuan, which is the starting fare. There's basically no one overseeing guests entering or leaving the hotel. Outside, it's a free-for-all for parking. The hotel robot delivered takeout quite quickly, and the front desk staff were responsive. I still recommend choosing a chain hotel; they might be more convenient in all aspects. The food inside Enduli was pretty good, and Tao Xiaochuan had a great taste. Changbai Mountain is mostly just various legends, I guess. Renting clothes at the foot of the mountain is convenient and practical; you don't need to bring your own. Nearby hotels like Puyue are all clustered together; the town isn't big, so you can stay anywhere."

"I had a great experience staying at the Atour Hotel Changbaishan North Slope Erdaobaihe during my trip to the Changbaishan North Slope. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the North Slope Distribution Center, which made getting an early start to see Tianchi (Heaven Lake) incredibly convenient and saved me a long commute. It's also very close to surrounding restaurants and the Yunding Market, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls easy. Getting around to any destination was hassle-free.
The room was clean and tidy, with ample space and soft, comfortable bedding – perfect for a good rest after a tiring climb. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the facilities were well-maintained, so I felt completely at ease regarding overall hygiene. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. They even had a thoughtful late-night congee service, so I could enjoy a hot supper even if I returned late. These little details were truly heartwarming.
The front desk staff were warm, polite, and patiently answered all my questions about the scenic area, offering practical travel advice. The hotel also features a book bar and a self-service laundry room, and parking was convenient for those driving. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, making it suitable for both independent travelers and those on self-drive tours. "This is the best hotel I've stayed at since coming to Changbai Mountain for business. It's exceptionally clean, and the rooms are spacious. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and they even offer a free shuttle service to and from the high-speed train station. The value for money is far superior to other chain hotels of the same star rating. The handmade wontons at breakfast are especially delicious! The hotel facilities are brand new and spotless, making for a fantastic stay! A special shout-out to Rora at the front desk! She was incredibly warm and friendly, always willing to help. We encountered various issues during our trip, and she promptly assisted in coordinating and resolving them efficiently and patiently, which was incredibly reassuring.
The laundry room was a lifesaver on our journey! We could wash clothes that were dusty from sightseeing or soaked from rafting, and they even had a dryer. The staff were very thoughtful, helping to wash, organize, and fold our clothes before returning them to our room. This was incredibly practical for families traveling.
The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the hotel's hot spring experience was excellent. They even provided complimentary hot spring tickets, making for a wonderfully relaxing soak after a day of activities. The overall service was meticulous and attentive. This is definitely our top choice for travel to Changbai Mountain!"

"We have an enjoyable stay 4 night stay at the hotel. Our butler 小贺 was responsive to our needs and did his best to ensure that we are well taken care of. A special shout out to our 百度 driver 刘先生。He is friendly and informative. Went beyond his duties to assist us on our enquiries and even suggested options when our 1st choice is not available. He is definitely an asset to the hospitality industry.
As for the hotel amenities, perhaps the management could consider installing a few more washing machines to cater guests when the hotel is serving at its full capacity.
Like to thank the 阿姨 who cook our noodles at the canteen every morning during breakfast. She maintains professionalism even at the peak of the breakfast hours."

"The room is spacious, well-decorated, and clean. The facilities are new and easy to use. The bed is very large, and the bedding is soft. Some rooms have separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, while others don't. The sofas also vary between rooms, and some rooms don't have one at all. Communication with the staff is very smooth if you need anything.
Breakfast is served until 9:30 AM. There's also a gym and a laundry room available.
Parking is convenient right outside the hotel, and the elevators are quick and not crowded. It's very close to Meiren Song Park, just a five-minute walk. The bustling Baishan Street area is a five-minute drive away, and it's easy to hail a taxi.
I originally booked for one night and ended up extending my stay for two more nights."

Excellent! Blue Horizon has been around since I was a kid, and even after all these years, it still maintains its 5-star standard. It feels like staying in a Nordic forest. The restaurant offers wild mountain vegetables with dipping sauce – the kind only true Changbai Mountain locals would recognize. You absolutely must try it! However, I'd suggest they make the portion sizes smaller; there's too much, and it'd be a shame to waste those delicious wild vegetables. The complimentary activities and attractions are also fantastic and definitely worth visiting!

Arriving in Erdaobaihe by car, I checked into this hotel and the front desk service immediately earned a perfect score. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, the front desk remotely guided me to a parking spot, saving me from driving around unnecessarily.
During check-in, the staff patiently explained local Korean ethnic cuisine recommendations and even helped us plan a mountain entry route that avoided backtracking. Due to the significant temperature difference between morning and evening, the front desk thoughtfully provided hot water. When I suddenly needed to print my mountain entry voucher, they printed it for me free of charge, demonstrating incredibly high efficiency.
Communication was smooth throughout my stay, and the staff were always polite and accommodating, ready to help with anything. Their warm and reliable service made my trip to the scenic area completely stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel, largely thanks to the front desk's thoughtful and meticulous service.

This stay was a complete delight! I booked the Songjin Scenic King Room, and the 46-square-meter space felt incredibly bright and airy. The natural wood decor was warm and soothing, and the smart home system made everything super convenient. But the absolute best part was the view outside the window. Waking up and opening the curtains, I saw a large snowman with a red scarf standing in the courtyard, and window decals of 'Five Blessings to Your Door' on the glass. The pristine white snow, paired with the cozy, festive atmosphere of Chinese New Year, perfectly brought the beauty of winter to life.
The room's comfort was exceptional. The plush bed and sofa allowed me to completely relax, and watching a movie on the projector at night melted all my fatigue away. Breakfast was also incredibly thoughtful. Served individually, the presentation was exquisite and hygienic. The soft corn pancakes, the warming millet porridge, and a bowl of hot noodle soup with a delicious broth – every bite was a comforting treat on a winter's day.
From the quality details in the room to the thoughtful outdoor decorations and the comforting, homely breakfast, this place truly excelled in every aspect. If you're looking for a getaway here, this is definitely the place to choose!

Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel – the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay.

Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

LucywanThe Yunshuilanting Hot Spring Hotel is excellent. I traveled to Changbai Mountain with my elders and stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room with two large beds. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Both the indoor and outdoor environments of the hotel are beautiful, and it's not far from various attractions, yet very quiet. The transportation is convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel staff are very kind, attentive, and enthusiastic. They offer an outdoor hot spring and free parking. There's also a fantastic barbecue restaurant right next door! 😄 Their breakfast is also good. Highly recommended.

Right at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

This guesthouse is conveniently located right at the end of the Daquan River rafting experience, making it super easy to head back after your adventure. The staff is really helpful and will arrange taxis for you if you want to go out for food or other activities. They even organize carpools for longer trips to places like Yanji or Xue Ling. The owner is a great person! Our room was very clean and tidy, and we had a really comfortable stay. You can even step right outside and play in the snow, offering a truly immersive experience.

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household.
The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money.
The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests.
Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
