"First time visiting Northeast China, and as a 'southern potato' (a playful term for someone from the south), I brought my little niece along. There's a dedicated shuttle service to and from the hotel, and as soon as we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage. Our hotel butlers, Jackson and Eric, provided excellent service and were incredibly responsive. I estimated our descent time and, fearing we might be late, quickly contacted the butler. He not only helped with our luggage but also arranged a car for us, and even provided warm cookies to tide us over. When we checked in, a lovely lady with a fringe at the front desk was very nice. Luckily, there was an available room, and she upgraded us to one with a bathtub, which made my niece incredibly happy! The hotel layout is very clear, and the rooms are also very clean. The restaurant is conveniently located on the first floor, so after eating, you can just step out to board your car. The hot springs are visible right as you exit the elevator, with both indoor and outdoor options, keeping the kids thoroughly entertained. The concierge who booked our mountain ascent was also fantastic. Having VIP access significantly enhanced our experience, making the climb much faster. We managed to be among the first group, which was great for photos with fewer people around. While waiting for the shuttle to the station, adults can relax in the lobby while children enjoy the play area. Overall, a superb experience!"

"This was my first time vacationing in Changbai Mountain, and I'm so glad I chose the right hotel. The help from several of the butlers made our trip to Changbai Mountain much more convenient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Changbai Mountain. The butlers provided thoughtful and attentive service, ensuring my smooth visit to Changbai Mountain, saving me time and effort. The itinerary for the Erdaobaihe small town, arranged by the travel butler, was also very interesting. With pick-up and drop-off services for every part of the trip, neither the elderly nor the children felt too tired, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the fun of the journey. The hotel's hot spring was also fantastic! 👍🏻 The service was excellent and greatly helped alleviate travel fatigue. The little fish in the fish therapy pool were also great companions for de-stressing during the trip. Both breakfast and dinner were quite delicious, with a wide selection for breakfast. I genuinely recommend staying here to create even more wonderful memories for your Changbai Mountain trip! A big thank you to every butler and hotel staff member for taking care of my family and me during our four-day, three-night stay!"

"The hotel is newly opened, but the facilities are really not great. The air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, it was boiling hot. I reported it to the front desk, and they handled it very quickly. **Location:** There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you'll need to take a taxi to eat. Taxis are quite cheap, usually under 10 yuan. **Service:** Pretty good. The airport shuttle service was good, and the front desk was quick to resolve issues. Overall, it's not worth the price. The breakfast selection was limited, and there wasn't much to eat."

"My stay at the Junlan Academy Hotel exceeded my expectations; it's the best hotel experience I've had so far. First, the overall environment is beautiful. You pass through a gatehouse to enter, and then you're in an independent courtyard surrounded by buildings and beautiful Scots pine trees. There's even a small deer park with a deer inside that you can pet and interact with. I didn't take pictures inside the room, but the toilet is a smart toilet, and there are books about Jilin displayed on the cabinet, living up to its 'Academy' name. The service was also excellent. The butler would check daily if the drinking water and amenities were sufficient and would ask in the evening if the temperature was comfortable, bringing a heater to ensure the room stayed warm at night. It was very thoughtful, unlike some hotel butlers who just send basic information and don't proactively ask guests if they have any other needs. Overall, the experience was great. They also offer a drop-off service to the high-speed rail station. It was truly a hotel experience that went above and beyond my expectations."

Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. "I have to rave about this hotel's location! It's incredibly close to all the attractions, making it super convenient for getting around. No need to wake up early to rush or get stuck in traffic, which saved us so much time. All around, there are restaurants, supermarkets, and shops, so everything you need is right at your doorstep. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable and quiet, and the service was warm and attentive – they really paid attention to the details. It's perfect whether you're traveling with family, friends, or a group, and the value for money is exceptional. Our stay during the May Day holiday was absolutely fantastic, hassle-free and comfortable. Both the location and the overall quality are impeccable. If you're visiting this area, this hotel is definitely my top recommendation!"

"I highly recommend this Enduri hotel. First, the service was excellent: they offer shuttle service to and from the high-speed train station and the Changbai Mountain distribution center. It's also very close to the city, and the rooms are neat and clean. Second, the terrace is fantastic. Book a room with a terrace and enjoy sitting outside in the sun—it's incredibly relaxing. Third, Enduri has a lot of cultural and creative products and plenty of food options, which is very convenient. Fourth, the hot springs are also great; it's a relaxing spot, so remember to bring your swimsuit. The environment is elegant, and the service is very attentive."

"Facilities: Very complete, has everything you need. The decor is also very artistic, fitting well with the Changbai Mountain scenic area. Hygiene: Found a strand of hair in the fried rice at breakfast. For a four-star hotel, that's really unacceptable 😂, just like a fly-ridden diner. Environment: Quite good and beautiful. Service: The staff at the lobby and bathhouse are all very enthusiastic, answering all questions and always happy to help. A short-haired staff member even enthusiastically told us how to best explore the area, as we hadn't planned anything, and was very patient. However, there's a manager or someone at the front desk who always seems very impatient when answering questions – I've truly never seen such an attitude 😂, and it wasn't even a difficult question. Also, the driver: if shuttle service is provided, why can't it be perfect? He also seemed impatient and didn't help with luggage when we got out. He even honked furiously just because we didn't know how to close the trunk 😂. This hotel should be one of the better ones in the area, so it would be a shame to lose out because of these small issues. Overall, the service from the other hotel staff was quite good."

"The room was spacious and very clean. We visited during a cold snap with temperatures around -30 degrees Celsius outside, but the room stayed wonderfully warm. The amenities were comprehensive; since we were traveling with a child, they even provided a kids' toothbrush set and slippers. The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The complimentary pick-up/drop-off service to and from the station, plus the shuttle, made getting around worry-free. They even had ginger tea and jujube tea available at the entrance. The complimentary afternoon tea was also delicious!"

"The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice."
