Phuket Hotels with Balcony

"It doesn’t look impressive from the outside but the inside is decorated and designed quite nicely.  In terms of location it depends on what you are looking for. It is fairly close to the central mall (probably max 10 minutes walk even if not walking very fast) but I did not have time to go as there were too many other things to do. It is about half an hour moderate to slow speed walk into the middle of old Phuket town but if you don’t feel like walking there is a bus stop within ten minutes walk max with lots of buses either to the beaches or town centre depending on which side of the road you wait in."

"The hotel is a bit of a walk from the airport, about 20 minutes. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby, which is quite convenient. The front desk has Thai staff who speak Chinese, and after check-in, someone personally escorts you to your room. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the room itself is generally clean and tidy. The sheets, bedding, and towels all had a noticeable fragrance. They provide shower gel and shampoo, but no toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers, so you'll need to bring your own. The bathtub in the bathroom doesn't have a curtain, so water splashes out when you shower, leaving a large wet area around the toilet. I stayed for several days and found it to be decent overall."

"I was very satisfied with my stay at The Arch Phuket Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the New Year’s Eve celebration — the hotel provided a complimentary dinner with a salmon set, which was delicious and very generous. We also received a small gift, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast on January 1st was also very special and different from the usual hotel breakfast — it was incredibly tasty and impressive. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from Old Town, and there is no 7-Eleven nearby, so you need to walk some distance to find one. Other than that, everything was great. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel."

"Excellent hotel with great service. We landed in Phuket early and they let us store our luggage first, and loaned umbrellas as it was raining heavily. Also got a free room upgrade! The rooms were spacious. We also ate at the restaurant for their BBQ night, which included steak, skewers and drinks. The location is at the heart of the Patong district, and near the beach. Only bad thing is that it’s far away from the airport so we had to leave earlier for our flight, but it can’t be helped."

"The Innlux Hotel is recommendable. We could check-in late night due to flight delays and it all worked out well thanks to the staff. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a shared kitchen outside, which can be used by guests. (Forgot to take pic. of the room but it looks just like advertised) However, you need to take Grab or Bolt to go to the Old Town or basically around Phuket- unless you hopp-on the city bus from old town :) Special thanks to the staff for their best hospitality throughout our stay."

"Good service staff, clean room, 5 minutes from the bus station, located in Rassada, the center of Phuket, 30 minutes from the airport. You can rent a car near the shop to continue your trip."

"Review of Boutique Guesthouse 99 Oldtown, Phuket Boutique Guesthouse 99 Oldtown is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for affordable yet stylish accommodation in the heart of Phuket Old Town. The location is perfect - close to charming cafes, vibrant street art, and night markets, making it ideal for exploring the area. The cleanliness of the property is impeccable, and the rooms offer amazing accommodation conditions with cozy, well-designed interiors. Considering the low price, it’s an incredible value for money. One small downside is the 500 THB deposit required at check-in, which is refundable but worth noting. Additionally, the soundproofing could be better, as noise from the hallway or nearby rooms can sometimes be heard. Despite these minor points, my stay was a great experience overall. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay in Phuket Old Town, this guesthouse is a wonderful option!"

"Overall stay was fine, but definitely it’s not a real 5*, solid 4*. Rooms are big and clean, location is very Nai Yang central, everything is just few steps away. Staff is polite and helpful. This hotel is ok for couple of nights stay, but I wouldn’t spend here my full vacation. Hotel shape makes territory very narrow and boring. On negative side. Many small things are not convenient in this hotel. Beds are very hard and bed linen quality is for sure not a 5* level. Air condition in room is extremely strong, we both got sick after first night, sore throat, even I put 23-24° with low fan, but inside room was always extremely cold, I had to switch it off completely from time to time. Maybe because hotel is quite new and aircon system works well, I don’t know. Amenities are placed weird and not convenient at all, you have teapot inside small closet but no electricity socket around, so I had to bring it to bathroom to boil water. Luggage shelve and wardrobe in Deluxe rooms are located inside bathroom! Also big problem with water in shower, you have to wait for hot water and also water pressure is changing all time, can be weak with cold water and then suddenly strong and adding hot, so taking shower isn’t too comfortable. Pools are not convenient, small, almost no area for sun-beds, no trees. We were given a room facing a small side street with cafes and bars, loud music (with low bass) until 3 am from a bar didn’t let me sleep, because it was super loud and disturbing, windows are not good soundproof too. Next day we asked to change the room and staff helped with this and we were given upgrade in another building, room was much bigger. I saw another couple also moving same day, seems like because of same reason. Flooring material in rooms is also very cheap, first time in my life I saw linoleum in 5*. Also first time I saw they will charge you with fine for mangosteen in room, usually only durian. Breakfast is quite good, plenty of choices, good coffee machine, but no tea selection, just a common used teapot with black teabag inside. When I asked for one camomile tea bag for me (because they put it in the room too), I was told they don’t have and tea is only what is on table. Bakery is awful, cheap quality. Fruit choice was good. Even I support smoking free policy in hotel public areas, but they don’t allow to smoke on room balcony too, for me it is annoying and not customer friendly, they have few designated smoking areas on territory."

"Staying for a night near the airport as a layover, it's about a 10-minute easy walk from the airport, very close. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store about twenty meters from the entrance. The AC unit outside the room was indeed super loud, and breakfast was quite average, not particularly tasty, though the restaurant staff were very enthusiastic. The front desk was also very welcoming. There's a beach and a national park near the hotel, which are quite nice for a morning stroll."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's very bright, the rooms are spacious, and the kids loved the pool. The Thai lady at the front desk was not only beautiful but also provided excellent service. It's super convenient as it's right next to the weekend night market. We'll definitely be back! The clothes and accessories sold there are really cheap, and you can get cold drinks and coconut ice freely. The homemade drinks from 7-Eleven are also amazing. The scenery is so beautiful, I didn't want to leave!"
