"Hotel was very nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were also very well maintained. First day for breakfast was decent and server was nice but on the second morning item spots changed and when you asked the server on that day this one wasn’t very friendly and it seemed like an inconvenience to ask for anything. Everything else about this hotel was great and we would book again"

"The location is fantastic, right next to Science North and close to downtown. However, the cleanliness was really poor. There were cookie crumbs from a previous guest on the bed, and the iron shelf was so dusty I couldn't put my clothes on it. The staff were friendly, the view was nice, and despite being a bit old, other aspects were fine. It's just a shame there's no elevator."

"the first night it went well, the 2nd night around midnight I got up to go to the bathroom, on the floor there was a small ant infestation thinking that if there were ants in the bathroom there could have been some in the room but it was impossible to see them because the floor was all dark colored carpet, I went down to reception to mention it to them, we changed rooms and around 2 a.m. we managed to sleep a little. This is my experience :( :( :("
