"Exceeded expectations! I was worried about a bad experience since there were no reviews when I booked, but it was excellent upon arrival. The room was spacious, clean, and the facilities were very new, comparable to a business hotel like Home Inn. The receptionist thoughtfully arranged a quiet room for me, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I also want to especially thank the lovely manager, Yiting. Yesterday, I wasn't feeling well, suffering from low blood sugar, and suddenly felt paralyzed. I called for help, and she came promptly to take care of me. She was incredibly attentive, massaging my fingers, replenishing my sugar levels, and comforting me. It was very heartwarming. This trip was very memorable, and I want to express my gratitude again. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Baoying!"
