"This stay was truly wonderful, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk staff! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and the friendly staff patiently answered my questions about transportation and dining. They also proactively reminded me of some essentials for a stay—very thoughtful.
I needed extra toiletries, and they were delivered promptly after a phone call. The response was incredibly prompt. Check-out was also handled in seconds, making the entire experience incredibly comfortable. The excellent front desk service really made this stay a truly memorable one. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!"

"The room was very clean! Its location close to the ancient street and temples was ideal, perfect for leisurely exploring on foot. This was my first hostel experience, and it was truly excellent! "I can only say it's very average. I live on the first floor, and the soundproofing at night is particularly poor. The windows are blinds, and it's bright even when they are closed at night, and it's also bright in the morning. The room environment is average, the hot water is very small, and the water in the humidifier is very dirty. It's best to change it yourself. My younger brother lives on the second floor, and the couple next door quarreled in the middle of the night, which was too noisy. Overall, it's better to stay in a hotel, forget about the famous hostel."

"This was the most satisfying hotel/B&B of this trip. It truly exceeded my expectations and was a fantastic value compared to other B&Bs in Zhejiang!
Although it's a bit far from Litang, it's closer to Yading Airport, allowing me to sleep in a little longer. Occupying a small hillside, it's a converted abandoned house. The rammed earth shimmers beautifully in the setting sun, and the view of the vast grassland in the distance is truly soothing. There's also a cafe at the foot of the hillside.
Speaking of the room, after all, it's been open for 24 years, so it must be in excellent condition. It's spacious and has a ******* feel. There are plenty of windows, which I love, so I can enjoy the view even while lying down. There's an oxygen concentrator, so I slept very well.
Finally, the food was excellent! The service was also excellent, with a smile on their faces. Since we had a flight the next day, breakfast was even delivered to our room.
Overall, this is a hotel/B&B with beautiful scenery, solid facilities, and excellent value. I'd definitely choose Arro Khampa again on my next trip."

"I'd always passed through Litang before, but this time I finally made it! Having stayed at an altitude of over 4000 meters near Mount Everest, I figured Litang's 4014 meters wouldn't be a problem, but I didn't sleep well the first two nights and experienced some altitude sickness in Xinduqiao. In Litang, I felt even more dizzy, so I wanted to find a comfortable place with oxygen.
This place is very close to Renkang Ancient Street and has a courtyard with parking. The rooms are in a retro ******* style, cozy and comfortable, and very clean. There's an oxygen concentrator in the room, which was a bit noisy, but overall I slept quite peacefully. They help with luggage upon check-in, the owner is very accommodating, and there are two French Bulldogs (Pijiu) and a coffee bean—so cute! Breakfast is a set meal for two, which is quite filling.
I didn't take many pictures of the room or the surroundings, but here are a couple of landscape photos I took in Litang. I highly recommend staying here when you're in Litang!"

"The room in this B&B is the best place I have stayed in this time. The service attitude is good, the hygiene is very clean, and the bathroom is the most comfortable. The toiletries are complete, the slippers are very comfortable, and the equipment in the room is complete. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery in the room. Outside is their outdoor camping site. There is also a bonfire party restaurant where you can go to eat at any time in the evening. There is free oxygen supply in the room, which is worth experiencing."

"The environment is OK, very clean, the service attitude is also very good, the front desk lady has been running up and down to help us solve the problem, but the heating is really not hot, and there is a floor heating area~ there is less than two flat at the door, and there is no air conditioning, the room has not been warming up, cold to death, And the machine that is supported is very rubbish. It can barely be used after changing 3 sets. The oxygen is not pure. We ran to Yajiang overnight to live."

MM48122****The 318 in winter is another scenery. The most unexpected hotel along the way is the hotel. I was particularly worried before I checked in. Because it was a new hotel that was afraid of smell and the facilities were not in place, the result was completely superfluous after I checked in. Especially good! Service awareness is great! The hygiene is impeccable, better than the 4 diamond hotels along the 318 ahead. highly recommended

GGuest UserThe only inn that stayed for 2 nights on this trip to Gelin South Line, the most satisfying choice 👍 The lobby is a restaurant on one side and a cafe on the other. It is very clean and comfortable. Our room is on the second floor and the mountain view is outside the window. The bedding is comfortable, the real name praises the mattress and pillows ～ the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the shower water is large and stable, the toiletries are Body Shop, and the relaxation is brought after washing. The chicken soup rice noodles for breakfast are delicious, and the fried dough sticks are also very delicious. I will choose here next time. After all, there are really not many hotels that can make ”live comfortably” into daily rather than surprises.

GGuest UserI stayed in the Luoci Suite, which was very distinctive. It was a renovation of a local ******* house. The first floor was a museum, and the second floor was the room. The living environment was very good. What impressed me most was that the ******* owner of the house was very welcoming. He cooked hot pot with us in the suite at night, invited us to drink butter tea, and took us to visit their own hut the next morning. He invited us to have ******* breakfast and taught us how to eat tsampa. If you go there during the summer vacation, you can meet their daughter, who is on summer vacation. She is very generous and a very warm and lovely ******* girl.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse didn't have an elevator. A young girl, who looked to be under 20, offered to help with our luggage, but we felt bad and declined.
Later, they upgraded our room to a ground-floor one with a small 4-square-meter courtyard. It was too cold for us to use much, but the room was larger than our previous one, which we appreciated.
There was an oxygen concentrator in the room, and the staff patiently helped us with any needs we had.
We lit an oxygen concentrator ourselves, but then the power went out, supposedly due to a wiring problem. We had to change rooms for the third time.
The room was a bit cold when we first entered, but by midnight it was incredibly warm—the floor felt like a heated kang bed in Northeast China. Remember to use a humidifier; we didn't, and this morning our noses were bloody.
Overall, we were satisfied, but the facilities could be improved. We were late for breakfast, and the young girl brought us four eggs and corn, but for some reason, two of the eggs seemed to be rotten (we guessed), so we ate the other two.
