"The room wasn't big, or more accurately, it was a tatami mat, not a bed. It had air conditioning, a humidifier, and an oxygen concentrator. The bathroom was small, and while it had a smart toilet, it was a bit dated. Cleanliness was average, with debris and hair on the hallway and floor. A simple breakfast was provided. The location was okay, near the old street."

"We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed in a cozy ******* style room and also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and well equipped, even supplying an oxygen machine that one could use in case of feeling altitude sickness. The hotel is run by a very lovely family who made our stay in Litang a great experience. The host spoke really good english, kindly showed us around Litang and it's most popular sites. Additionally we were able to explore the surrounding nature as we spent an afternoon mushroom picking together in the forest with the host and his friends. The host also supported us on our onward journey. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Litang, we felt very welcome and supported."

"The place is good, and the people who run it are extremely friendly and attentive. The main street is currently under renovation, so it was a bit noisy during the day, but it was peaceful at night, allowing for a good rest. The room with the shared bathroom had it located downstairs, and I don't believe it included a shower. I then switched to a private room, which was spotless and offered good value for money."

"Yes, yes. I came to this hotel after reading the reviews. The baby vomited as soon as he arrived in the living room. The boss came to clean it up immediately and provided hot water. I am very grateful for the boss's help. It is a very warm hotel. Thank you, boss"

"This stay was truly wonderful, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk staff! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and the friendly staff patiently answered my questions about transportation and dining. They also proactively reminded me of some essentials for a stay—very thoughtful. I needed extra toiletries, and they were delivered promptly after a phone call. The response was incredibly prompt. Check-out was also handled in seconds, making the entire experience incredibly comfortable. The excellent front desk service really made this stay a truly memorable one. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!"

"The hotel's interior was beautifully decorated and quite nice, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the front desk staff seemed unresponsive that day and didn't tell us which building we were in. We ended up going to the wrong building and had to ask again to find it. They also didn't tell us there was an underground parking lot; initially, they told us to park across the street, but we only realized there was a parking lot after seeing people coming up from underground. When we asked the front desk, they even asked me, ”Didn't you see the big crane blocking the parking lot entrance?” In reality, the crane had already moved. Later, when we got to the parking lot, we discovered it was poorly designed, barely able to accommodate many cars, and the entrance was very difficult to find—it was to the right of a neighboring hotel, hidden behind it."

"Facilities: The facilities are very new and comprehensive, and they even offer diffused oxygen supply. Excellent! 👍👍 Hygiene: It was clean and well-maintained, meeting basic expectations. Good. 👍 Environment: It's located directly on G318 National Highway. However, Litang is undergoing extensive road construction everywhere, so the hotel entrance area was quite dusty, which slightly detracted from the experience. Disappointing. 😡 Service: Service was standardized and generally acceptable. The unlimited bottled water supply was a nice bonus. The hotel breakfast, in particular, was impressive – plentiful and varied, exceeding my expectations. Thumbs up! 👍 However, the room I was assigned this time faced the main road, and the window soundproofing wasn't great, which did impact my sleep a bit. 😅 If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I'd highly recommend requesting a room facing away from the main road in advance for a more comfortable stay. Good tip! 👌 I must give a huge shout-out to Hanting's laundry room service! The commercial-grade washer and dryer units were incredibly efficient and easy to use. Highly recommended! 👍👍 There were plenty of dining options nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, for my first stay at a Hanting hotel, the experience was quite positive. ❤️"

"The hotel yard is large with many parking spaces and charging stations, which is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout, dry and wet separation, comfortable bedding, diffuse oxygen supply, and a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff is friendly, the breakfast has many varieties and tastes very good, highly recommended!"

"Please come and stay at this B&B, it's really cozy! The boss is so nice! Our group arrived very late at night, cold and hungry! The boss took out everything for us to eat! Give us instant noodles! Boil some water! I am really touched. When we left, each person was given a pill for altitude sickness. In the morning, he bought us the most delicious buns in town. The boss is so thoughtful. The room was very comfortable too! It's rare to have a good sleep on the plateau. And the boss’s dog is so cute! A group of us drove for eight days, and this was the warmest stop. "It's easy to find on the national road. The owner's lady is neat and friendly. I was sorry to break up how cute the owner's daughter was. The room was spacious and clean, and most of all, the bedding was clean and the room was bright. Thank you for letting me use the washing machine."
