"The room was beautiful and decoration good, but we have the really bad surprise to find the room dirty… At the first looking looks ok but toilets shower, the floor and most of the corner was so dirty. We asked to the women at the reception to do something and she was really reactive thanks to her. She send a team of 3 or 4 people to clean that was nice consider the late timing in the evening, they stay in the room maybe 30 minutes to clean but honestly was not ok at all they come with one mop and one rag for all the room … no product maybe.. same cloth for everything .. toilet avec everything ..? At the end we came back in the room we saw they tried to clean it but the floor smell sooo bad the wet dog. It was disgusting honestly so with my partner we had to clean after them at least the floor that smell sooo bad we took hot water and essential oil with a towel to clean the floor.. Thanks for the reactivity of the team but honestly the housekeeping team don’t do a correct job. Smell always really strong cigarette everywhere even in the room even if we don’t smoke. The common space are not very clean too. We were really surprised of the reviews that don’t mention this. They propose us to change room so we visit another room that was exactly dirty the same way… so I imagine it is not an exception. Again thanks to the women of the reception who did a good job and was nice."

"Location: The hotel is situated right within the ******* village, which is great because you can explore the scenic area as soon as you arrive in Litang. Service: The owner contacted me in advance to discuss parking and other arrangements. During my stay, she thoughtfully shared important tips for staying at high altitudes and even recommended local restaurants. Breakfast: They offer a very refined set menu with both Chinese and Western options. You just need to coordinate your preference a day beforehand."

"There is nasal oxygen, there are a lot of food downstairs, there is parking on the roadside, there is a supermarket, and the fire station is behind. On the first day, I drove such a long distance from Kangding to Litang that I had altitude sickness. Fortunately, there was oxygen, otherwise I would not have been able to bear it! I haven’t had time to take a good look at the small town of Litang. The pillow is a bit high, so I have altitude sickness and can't sleep well. Also, there is a constant low-frequency sound in this parent-child room."

"Comfortable hotel in remote town. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean with stylish rooms. The staff are very friendly, though some are a bit too casual (e.g. smoking while setting up the breakfast buffet). I stayed here twice as did my friend and on each occasion our rooms were missing things that they had on other occasions...e.g. mineral water, toiletries, humidifiers. Some of the lights in the room are sensor activated and came on several times during the night. Also, on one occasion the power went out for almost an hour. I would stay again though. This region has developed very fast and its impressive that this standard of hotel exists here already. I'm sure the little glitches will occur in other Litang hotels too. The food in the 8F cafe was very good and great value."

"The owner's mom was incredibly hospitable, she even made me some tsampa for breakfast, which was delicious! The room was clean and beautiful. The restaurant had a distinct ethnic feel, while the accommodation had a minimalist style. Both the owner's mom and the front desk lady were so warm. Even after I checked out, they messaged me to be careful traveling alone. As a solo traveler in Litang, receiving a message like that really brought tears to my eyes."

"The hotel is right by the road, making parking very convenient. The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive, and they even upgraded our room! Our room had a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains and was very comfortable. The oxygen supply system was a real lifesaver, so no worries about altitude sickness. The Cantonese restaurant next door was pretty good too, with authentic ingredients and reasonable prices – definitely a safe bet. A special heads-up for anyone traveling with an electric car: absolutely avoid the 'Lv Chong Chong' charging station nearby. It's a scam! You have to pre-load money to charge, but after you top up, it just shuts down and won't charge. Customer service is completely unresponsive. Be very careful!"
