"The room was large, the lobby and corridors were unique, and there were charging stations at the entrance. It was pet-friendly. However!! The underfloor heating was broken; only the bathroom area was warm. The room was ice cold. The receptionist turned on the underfloor heating before our check-in, but the room temperature was only 10 degrees Celsius by check-out. It's -10 degrees Celsius in Litang at night, so I could only manage to sleep with a blanket over the quilt. I thought the temperature would rise in the middle of the night, but in the morning, the underfloor heating automatically turned off. I woke up freezing in the morning and quickly checked out; it was just too cold. The hotel lobby was much, much warmer than the room. The experience was terrible."

"Comfortable hotel in remote town. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean with stylish rooms. The staff are very friendly, though some are a bit too casual (e.g. smoking while setting up the breakfast buffet). I stayed here twice as did my friend and on each occasion our rooms were missing things that they had on other occasions...e.g. mineral water, toiletries, humidifiers. Some of the lights in the room are sensor activated and came on several times during the night. Also, on one occasion the power went out for almost an hour. I would stay again though. This region has developed very fast and its impressive that this standard of hotel exists here already. I'm sure the little glitches will occur in other Litang hotels too. The food in the 8F cafe was very good and great value."

"I've been here many times, but this was my first time staying at Norbulingka Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I arrived in the afternoon, and as soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, the sunlight streaming in from the first floor made it feel exceptionally pleasant. The hotel also provides diffused oxygen, which is a great help for those experiencing altitude sickness. In the afternoon, I went to the old street to take photos and borrowed costumes at the front desk. The young ladies there helped me put on the costumes and style my hair; their attitude was excellent, and they were very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, with both ethnic specialties and Chinese breakfast options, and the facilities were complete. The young ladies at the front desk were also very attentive, upgrading my room type for free and explaining that there was renovation work downstairs, and my room might be a bit noisy in the morning, so they were worried about disturbing my rest. Anyway, I give it a five-star review. In my opinion, this is definitely the best hotel in Litang. I hope my review can help others in need."

"The hotel next door moved here overnight Speaking of advantages, the floor heating is about 21 degrees, the humidifier is powerful, there is oxygen supply and it is free The downside is that the oxygen concentrator is very noisy and stops intermittently. It scared me when it started again in the middle of the night, and the screen is very bright, which affects my sleep. Breakfast is simple but delicious Overall it is recommended"

"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Litang. The service was truly amazing — the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, from arranging transportation to helping us find food. In the evenings, they even served us tea and snacks like nuts, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The only downsides were related to comfort and facilities. The room was quite cold, and unfortunately the heater didn’t warm it up enough, so we felt cold during our stay. In addition, there wasn’t a dryer available, which meant we had to leave with our clothes still wet. That said, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff really stood out and made the experience special."

"The service of this hotel is very considerate, which makes me feel at home. The hotel environment is also very good, giving people a sense of tranquility and comfort. From the moment you enter the hotel, the smiling welcome from the service staff makes you feel comfortable and happy, and the experience is very good. There is also breakfast. "The rooms are impressively spacious and modern. A significant plus is the in-room oxygen supply, which ensured our family had a comfortable night's sleep, waking up refreshed. As a new hotel, the rooms were impeccably clean. There's ongoing road construction at the hotel entrance, but parking was still ample. The hotel also offers EV charging stations at the back, though they were somewhat limited. We found it quite convenient to charge our car at a nearby location after driving out. The hotel provides dry cleaning and robot food delivery. The front desk staff were very prompt in their responses, and even offered us complimentary coffee when we checked out the next day. An additional highlight was the beautiful view from the 6th-floor restaurant."

"I really recommend this hotel for anyone because of 1) good location( 10 mins by walking to Litang bus station. 2) the size of room is big compared to what I paid. 3) the bathroom is separate wet and dry areas 4)free oxygenated machines 5)the room provides power outlets and cables in different types. 6) clean 👍"

"The room I stayed in this time was very clean. I could enjoy the snow-capped mountains and grasslands outside the window. The location was excellent, and Room 318 was right outside my door. The room had good lighting, was cleaned quite well, and was quiet enough. For someone like me who has high requirements for sleep quality, it felt good. The front desk service attitude was good, enthusiastic and polite, and the overall feeling was good!"

"The hotel is right by the road, making parking very convenient. The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive, and they even upgraded our room! Our room had a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains and was very comfortable. The oxygen supply system was a real lifesaver, so no worries about altitude sickness. The Cantonese restaurant next door was pretty good too, with authentic ingredients and reasonable prices – definitely a safe bet. A special heads-up for anyone traveling with an electric car: absolutely avoid the 'Lv Chong Chong' charging station nearby. It's a scam! You have to pre-load money to charge, but after you top up, it just shuts down and won't charge. Customer service is completely unresponsive. Be very careful!"
