"The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of oxygen and great heating! The front desk service was excellent! I booked a room without breakfast because it was too late, but the front desk delivered breakfast to us, thank you so much! The hotel environment is nice, I would stay here again next time, highly recommended!"

"Comfortable hotel in remote town. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean with stylish rooms. The staff are very friendly, though some are a bit too casual (e.g. smoking while setting up the breakfast buffet). I stayed here twice as did my friend and on each occasion our rooms were missing things that they had on other occasions...e.g. mineral water, toiletries, humidifiers. Some of the lights in the room are sensor activated and came on several times during the night. Also, on one occasion the power went out for almost an hour. I would stay again though. This region has developed very fast and its impressive that this standard of hotel exists here already. I'm sure the little glitches will occur in other Litang hotels too. The food in the 8F cafe was very good and great value."

"I've been here many times, but this was my first time staying at Norbulingka Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I arrived in the afternoon, and as soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, the sunlight streaming in from the first floor made it feel exceptionally pleasant. The hotel also provides diffused oxygen, which is a great help for those experiencing altitude sickness. In the afternoon, I went to the old street to take photos and borrowed costumes at the front desk. The young ladies there helped me put on the costumes and style my hair; their attitude was excellent, and they were very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, with both ethnic specialties and Chinese breakfast options, and the facilities were complete. The young ladies at the front desk were also very attentive, upgrading my room type for free and explaining that there was renovation work downstairs, and my room might be a bit noisy in the morning, so they were worried about disturbing my rest. Anyway, I give it a five-star review. In my opinion, this is definitely the best hotel in Litang. I hope my review can help others in need."

"The hotel next door moved here overnight Speaking of advantages, the floor heating is about 21 degrees, the humidifier is powerful, there is oxygen supply and it is free The downside is that the oxygen concentrator is very noisy and stops intermittently. It scared me when it started again in the middle of the night, and the screen is very bright, which affects my sleep. Breakfast is simple but delicious Overall it is recommended"

"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Litang. The service was truly amazing — the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, from arranging transportation to helping us find food. In the evenings, they even served us tea and snacks like nuts, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The only downsides were related to comfort and facilities. The room was quite cold, and unfortunately the heater didn’t warm it up enough, so we felt cold during our stay. In addition, there wasn’t a dryer available, which meant we had to leave with our clothes still wet. That said, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff really stood out and made the experience special."

"This is probably one of the closest homestays to the Eye of Genyen, and it only takes less than 20 minutes to get there. In the village of Genyen, it is not easy to stay in a homestay with complete facilities and good conditions. Recommended to those who have higher requirements for accommodation. The floor heating was adequate and the dog we brought along was extremely hot. Humidifier, oxygen supply and hot water are all available. After the road to the Eye of Genyen is completed next year, it will be extremely convenient to visit here."

"The hotel is located on the side of the national road, very easy to find, there are plenty of parking spaces behind the hotel, there are charging piles, convenient for self-driving tourists. The hotel is fully equipped, the breakfast is rich, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The little girl at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. "I really recommend this hotel for anyone because of 1) good location( 10 mins by walking to Litang bus station. 2) the size of room is big compared to what I paid. 3) the bathroom is separate wet and dry areas 4)free oxygenated machines 5)the room provides power outlets and cables in different types. 6) clean 👍"

"The room I stayed in this time was very clean. I could enjoy the snow-capped mountains and grasslands outside the window. The location was excellent, and Room 318 was right outside my door. The room had good lighting, was cleaned quite well, and was quiet enough. For someone like me who has high requirements for sleep quality, it felt good. The front desk service attitude was good, enthusiastic and polite, and the overall feeling was good!"

"The hotel is right by the road, making parking very convenient. The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive, and they even upgraded our room! Our room had a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains and was very comfortable. The oxygen supply system was a real lifesaver, so no worries about altitude sickness. The Cantonese restaurant next door was pretty good too, with authentic ingredients and reasonable prices – definitely a safe bet. A special heads-up for anyone traveling with an electric car: absolutely avoid the 'Lv Chong Chong' charging station nearby. It's a scam! You have to pre-load money to charge, but after you top up, it just shuts down and won't charge. Customer service is completely unresponsive. Be very careful!"
