Tainan Hotels with Bars

"The location of this hotel is perfect. All the major cultural sites and shopping malls are within walking distance. I highly recommend the guests to buy the locally brewed Tainan beers (in bottles) from the reception. It is going to be an unforgettable experience. These local Tainan beers have a wide range of tastes, and the texture of each one is bolder and better than the conventional Taiwan beer and the imported ones. The hotel also has a neat and cozy common area on the 8/F., and it is comfortable to relax there. I wish the hotel had its own restaurant, but one can always find cafes for breakfast nearby."

"I absolutely loved the design of this guesthouse; the quality was superb, and the location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hairdryer was a Dyson. My only regret was not being able to get any drinks; I don't know why the bars were all empty 🥲. The owner's collection was amazing, and I was extremely satisfied with the bathtub!"

"The front desk staff were really friendly, polite, and always smiling! The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. I saw some comments about low water pressure, but it was actually fine, not too weak at all. I loved that the sink was outside the bathroom, which was really convenient! The location is also great, close to the station and quite central. We mostly took taxis, which were super cheap at around NT$85-100 for a few minutes' drive, saving us a lot of walking. Plus, the breakfast was pretty good; I tried both the Western and Japanese options, and I personally preferred the Japanese one! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tainan! ~(≧▽≦)/~"

"The hotel is conveniently located next to Tainan Railway Station. As an established five-star hotel, there's no need to worry about cleanliness or service. My room on the 30th floor, facing the train station, offered a clear view of the Tainan coastline and skyline, which was absolutely beautiful. The fitness center, sauna facilities, and pool were all excellent. The turndown service was a thoughtful touch, providing fresh slippers and even tidying up the room again. Holding it to the higher standards of a five-star hotel, I'll nitpick a few areas that, if improved, would make it even better: Firstly, the hairdryer was underpowered and old – a 1200w model from 2018. It took almost 20 minutes to dry my hair, which was quite annoying. Secondly, the front desk hotline. I called the front desk about five times, and twice my calls went unanswered. Once was at 9 PM and another time at 11 AM, neither of which are unusual hours. This kind of issue shouldn't happen. Thirdly, the hotel facilities. Perhaps because it's an older hotel, there were slight signs of aging in the room's amenities, and the main light control was a bit inconvenient. Overall, however, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff's attitude was impeccable, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"The overall stay at the hotel was okay. The room was clean and comfortable enough, but the bed felt a bit small and only one pillow was provided, which was too low for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom also lacked a place to hang pants, which was a little inconvenient."

"Stayed for two nights. Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved. There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl. Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again."

"While it's a bit of a walk from the train station, the hotel's surroundings are very convenient, with plenty of local eateries and convenience stores nearby. The room was spotless, and I especially appreciated the smart mirror in the bathroom, which connects via Bluetooth to play music – a definite bonus! The staff were also very polite, helpful, and personable. They even took the initiative to chat with us and recommend local attractions in Tainan. In the evening, you can unwind with drinks in the bar area – it's a really chill spot! I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!"
