"The location is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk across the road from Tainan Station. It's also close to many historical sites like Chihkan Tower, Koxinga's Shrine, Grand Matsu Temple, and more, all within walking distance. It's also easy to travel to surrounding cities and counties from here. The hotel has 7 floors, so it's not too big, which makes it pretty quiet. The windows can be opened for ventilation. At 10 PM, the front desk offers complimentary small pastries, which are worth trying."

"For Tainan, this place offers great value for money. It has a sauna, pool, gym, and a super central location. If you have a reason to visit Tainan, this is a good option. The service attitude is better than other hotels in Tainan in the same price range, perhaps due to cultural influence; they are especially attentive to Japanese guests, which is fine."

"Fantastic stay! They offer bikes, Dyson hairdryers, a gym, and even musical instruments for guests to use – very thoughtful! It's a high-quality hotel with a charming design, and the window views are lovely too. Plus, they provide a helpful map with recommended spots. "

"Pros: The location is convenient, with many landmarks and great food nearby. The staff tried their best to provide assistance within their means. However, there are many other things to note: This place should really be called a motel, not a hotel, as many of its facilities don't meet hotel standards. There's nowhere to sit at the check-in desk, and I had to go to the garage outside just to pack my luggage. They offer luggage storage, but they didn't verify our identity when we picked up our bags. The listing on Trip.com states it was established in 2025, but as the pictures show, it clearly has some history. The hairdryer in the bathroom is a very old model, and it takes a long time for hot water to come out in the shower. The equipment is clearly old, yet the establishment year is listed as less than a year old – shouldn't they be reviewing whether they're providing accurate information? Room cleaning service is only provided after four days, and extra blankets, toothbrushes, or toothpaste all come with additional charges. Most importantly, the soundproofing is genuinely poor. I was woken up several nights by the bar downstairs, with people yelling continuously for over ten minutes. They did proactively offer earplugs, though. Overall, if the accommodation had provided more accurate information and I had been more mentally prepared, it might have been somewhat acceptable. It could be an option for business trips or short, light travels of a day or two. But for this price, there are probably more suitable choices, and if you're looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, you should definitely reconsider."

"This place is located right next to Hele Plaza. If you're on a scooter, there's a free open-air parking lot nearby. There's a 7-Eleven about 300 meters away, a PX Mart 400 meters away, and a Tea's Magic Hand 500 meters away. Wu Tong Hao is directly across the street. It's not far from Guohua Street and Haian Road. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. The air conditioning is very strong, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with plenty of space. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing isn't great."

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk from the train station. The room was nice, with a large and comfortable bed, and very little noise, which made for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom trash can was a bit too small, but otherwise, everything was great."

"They assigned one of the best rooms I've stayed in in Tainan for my stay at the Hotel. The place was extremely clean and comfy. The room I was assigned was large and chic. Plenty of space and care with the details. The only downside for me was the breakfast, since the rooms gave the impression of a 5-star hotel I was expecting more variety and mostly a fast replenishment, the meat was finished and even though I waited for 30 min no one came to replace it. Another thing to note was the laundry room, the machines were a bit small and outdated But again for the price I paid was an excellant choice and the hotel staff specially through this app seems to care about my experience so therefore I will rate them 10/10 with a little room for improvement. "The staff's service attitude was absolutely excellent. They were polite and always willing to offer suggestions or help with minor issues. The room was spacious, and the hot water was plentiful. The breakfast was amazing! The only downside is that directly across the street there's a temple and some late-night clubs. During temple festivals, it can get quite noisy, and at night you might hear drunken people or young crowds chatting loudly outside. The air conditioning in the room also had a bit of white noise, and controlling the temperature (hot/cold) was a bit tricky. However, these are minor flaws that don't detract from an otherwise very satisfying stay! The cleanliness and the staff's service were both top-notch."

"The room was clean, tidy, and generally quiet. I noticed a faint hum, possibly from an external AC unit, but it certainly didn't disturb my sleep. The room itself was a good size, and my overall stay was excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety of options. Plus, there are two decent restaurants conveniently located downstairs, and an excellent coffee shop just 20 meters away – their pour-over is highly recommended!"
