"The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the overall environment was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, spoke gently and patiently, and were helpful in answering any questions, which made us feel very at ease. The soundproofing was also good; we weren't really bothered by outside noise at night, allowing us to get a good rest. The location is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

"They assigned one of the best rooms I've stayed in in Tainan for my stay at the Hotel. The place was extremely clean and comfy. The room I was assigned was large and chic. Plenty of space and care with the details. The only downside for me was the breakfast, since the rooms gave the impression of a 5-star hotel I was expecting more variety and mostly a fast replenishment, the meat was finished and even though I waited for 30 min no one came to replace it. Another thing to note was the laundry room, the machines were a bit small and outdated But again for the price I paid was an excellant choice and the hotel staff specially through this app seems to care about my experience so therefore I will rate them 10/10 with a little room for improvement. "The front desk was served by young ladies, all were very courteous and helpful. They did make sure that you had a pleasant stay. As for hardware, the room was basic but clean. The room was bigger in size than what we expected. Toiletry supplies are limited."

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my overall experience. The single room with a private bathroom was surprisingly spacious, very clean, tidy, and most importantly extremely comfortable. One of my favorite features was definitely the shower — the water pressure was incredibly strong and refreshing after a long day. I also absolutely loved the smart toilet, which added a very modern and luxurious touch to the room. The reception staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth and efficient, which made everything even more convenient. I especially appreciate the hotel for accommodating my request for a lower-floor room. Since I was traveling with a very large suitcase, being assigned a room on the second floor saved me from the trouble of carrying it up to the higher levels. Thank you for being so thoughtful and considerate. Hotel’s location is another huge advantage. It is situated right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. The surrounding streets are lively without being too noisy, which made me feel safer as a solo female traveler. There are also plenty of food options and convenience stores within walking distance, so finding something to eat was never a problem. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. I do, however, have a few small suggestions for improvement. Only one set of towels was provided, which was slightly inconvenient for guests staying multiple nights. It became a little troublesome having to contact the reception every day to request fresh towels. I also hope the hotel can consider adding more in-room amenities, such as a kettle, so guests who do not carry their own water bottles would not need to keep going downstairs to refill water from the dispenser. Additionally, having a pen and some paper in the room would be a nice and useful touch. Overall, I genuinely feel that the room was well worth the price, and I would rate my stay 4.5/5. I would definitely return again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others. Keep up the great work!"

"The hotel's overall design blends French retro with modern aesthetics, creating a very stylish and photogenic space in every corner. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we checked in. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft and provided a great night's sleep, and the quiet, relaxing environment allowed us to fully recover from our travels. The most delightful surprise was the live piano performance during breakfast. Paired with the exquisite and delicious food, it added a wonderful sense of occasion and made our mornings even more enjoyable."

"Great value for money!! You get a bigger discount if you stay multiple nights. The AC works perfectly. Hot water is consistent. The bathroom is pretty clean. It was a bit dusty. They're renovating, so some amenities are missing, lol. There's a coin laundry on the top floor. But the value for money is excellent. When you're traveling in Taiwan, you're out and about all day anyway, right? It's perfectly fine if you just need a place to sleep here, even for a nap. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby. There's the Pu-Jie bakery and the Lai Yi Wan beef noodle soup place. If you look them up on Google Maps, there are plenty of highly-rated spots, which is great!"

"This hotel has a pretty good location; you can walk directly from Tainan Station, it's not far at all. The staff here are very kind and lovely. There are complimentary snacks available for all guests in the lobby on the first floor. The staff provided excellent recommendations for everything, including detailed instructions on house rules, how to use the room, and how to operate the hot and cold water system in the room. The bedroom size is just right, and there's a TV. The area around the hotel is a bustling community with many shops. If I have the chance to visit Tainan again, I would definitely stay here. It's really great, highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Tainan!"

"This was my first stay here. The lobby staff were incredibly helpful, and breakfast was quite good. My only minor complaint is that the room was a bit small, but it was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. I'd definitely consider coming back again if I have the chance."
