"The accommodation is practical, essential, and clean. It's quite a unique experience that the entrance is inside a Family Mart; you go down the stairs and you're right in the convenience store, haha, definitely very convenient. On the other hand, its proximity to the station might be an issue for some – lots of people, constant coming and going, and noisy.
The property offers 24/7 self-service coffee/tea packets. You can even make your own breakfast with bread, butter/jam/chocolate, etc. The idea of small events organized in the common room is a nice touch. Overall, I would recommend this hotel."

At Neat Hostel we retains the original features in the building space reflecting the trajectories of different ages. When you enter the hall, you can see the grindstone counter and the tall stone pillars greet you, the terrazzo stairs, The floor and wall still show a beautiful past. It has no gorgeous decoration, no deliberate packaging decoration and artificial landscaping, just to retain the unique Japanese architectural style, visitors can immerse themselves in the classical elegant space and explore the historical footprint. There are traces of repairs everywhere, but there are no conflicts that are deliberately concealed. You can feel the simplicity of it, and there are many objects and atmospheres that can touch your heartstrings in the heart of the mind, and it is worth exploring the stories it contains. Like the old house style, visitors who visit the local people and culture ,welcome to Neat Hostel.
"At first, I was worried about soundproofing because of the overall structure and small room size, but I later found that because it was located in a residential alley, it was actually quiet. I was also able to learn about the hotel's history and the renovations it had undergone. I could see the care and love that the owners had for this building. It is a living history where you can understand the changes. I hope that more people can understand and cherish it. Thank you for spending 3 days and 2 nights with it!"

very solid and well located hostel. Nothing to complain about at all - receptionists have been very helpful and supportiv (e.g. U-bike registration).

This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
"1. There is only one waiter, leaving at about 9 pm, the third floor is a female-only room, one room has 4 beds, each bed is 3 floors, 3 beds, so one room has 12 beds, there is a shower outside the room, a toilet, a shower plus toilet, and a storage cabinet, there is no storage cabinet in the room.
2.4 The building is a mixed type, and the layout is the same as the 3rd floor.
3.2 Building has a friendship place, water dispenser and shared toilet.
4. The whole building is clean but the room is too crowded and poorly ventilated. The room has no locks. It is only on the first floor. There is a code lock in the stairwell. There are safety concerns for women.
5. The price is between 500 ∼ 600 NT$, a bit expensive.
6. Walk about 15 minutes from Akasaka Department Store, 30 minutes from the station, and there are many restaurants in the snack category nearby.

Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved.
There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl.
Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.

XXuanErI had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The location is quite convenient, situated right next to a well-known bakery, which made it easy to grab fresh bread and snacks anytime. There’s also a nice burger place just across the street, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
The surrounding area is lively enough without being too noisy, so it’s a good balance for travelers who want both comfort and accessibility.
The hotel itself was comfortable and provided everything I needed for a short stay. While it may not be overly luxurious, it offers good value for convenience.

The hotel included breakfast and dinner, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out about dinner with a free drink per person, as I initially thought only breakfast was included. I highly recommend this hotel for foodies. However, be aware that the dinner menu primarily consists of late-night snack-style dishes, so you might need to grab a little extra of each item to feel full. The front desk staff were very friendly, and overall, it was a good experience!

* **Surroundings:** Very convenient, close to Guohua Street for food, the You'ai commercial district, Chihkan Tower, and Tainan Confucius Temple.
* **Parking:** No on-site parking. You'll need to find public parking spaces or paid parking lots nearby, which is a bit inconvenient.
2. **Room & Facilities** 🛌
* **Style:** Continues the 'Little Deer Entertainment' forest magic theme with a great design aesthetic.
* **Facilities:** Rooms usually come with a bathtub (in some room types), stable Wi-Fi, and some rooms have a small desk for work.
* **Comfort:** Comfortable beds, quiet at night, and silent air conditioning and refrigerator.

GGuest UserI chose to stay at the Sun Moon Inn as it was convenient for my visit to the Chimei Museum the following day. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious and hygienic. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area, which was very pleasant. However, there were some minor imperfections: the carpet in the room had stains, and the top of the TV was covered in dust. These small details were a bit of a letdown. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

千千里之行始於足下The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the coach station. There's a large public hot spring bath, and the breakfast is decent enough to fill you up. The room itself is spacious, but toiletries are scarce; only plastic slippers are provided. Luckily, I brought my own slippers and bathing essentials. The biggest flaw, however, is a step at the entrance to the bathroom, which I accidentally tripped over when entering, causing my toe to become red and painfully swollen. It's a really poor design choice.

GGuest UserThe front desk was served by young ladies, all were very courteous and helpful. They did make sure that you had a pleasant stay.
As for hardware, the room was basic but clean. The room was bigger in size than what we expected. Toiletry supplies are limited.

MMary125Stayed in 2 different rooms. The 1st day room was awful on 9th floor. The bed was super hard like spring mattress with no give especially when sleeping sideways. The bathroom was old and dirty bathtub and the carpet was icky. Asked for a room change as I can't stand the room and I'm a pretty tolerant person. Luckily they offered 7th floor room, much better and probably newer with electronic card key, fresher cleaner bathroom and comfier bed. The 2 rooms has the same room size.

GGuest UserAll good, We even extend our stay for another night. We enjoy the view and bathtub, however the pool was very cold so were not able to enjoy it. Overall the service is good and the location.
