"Amazing place - modern room and amenities inside an ancient home. Clean and comfy beds, renovated, gleaming bathroom. Owner and staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating; don’t hesitate to ask them for help getting around the area (including to Huangshan and to train stations) and seeing the sights. Also don’t miss out on their restaurant, located in the back of their main office — great environment, delicious food. Overall, highly recommend; would return!"

"Tachuan's autumn was made even more beautiful by this guesthouse. I searched on Ctrip for a long time, worried about hygiene issues, but this guesthouse really paid attention to details and was very clean. The moment I opened the door, the automatic welcoming ceremony from 'Xiao Ai' (smart speaker) was very touching. It's right at the entrance of Hongcun and the price is excellent value for money. The proprietress is very kind, and the young man who checked me in, Manager Xiao Wang, was extremely helpful with excellent service. From picking me up at the station to helping me find a car for my travels, he saved me the anxiety and exhaustion of not having a car in Hongcun. The prices were also reasonable. Anyone worried about drivers getting upset in Hongcun can completely entrust their needs to him. At the village entrance, he even used a small electric cart to help with my luggage. There are Hello e-bikes nearby, so you can go to Lucun early in the morning to watch the sunrise. Thank you for providing such a 'utopia' after my busy work. The hygiene was indeed top-notch!"

"Location: The hotel is situated within the Xidi Scenic Area. Upon check-in, each room receives two complimentary adult tickets to Xidi, with each adult ticket allowing one child to enter for free. The tickets are valid for 3 days, meaning a family of two adults and two children staying here can enjoy free entry to the scenic area. Facilities: The hotel boasts excellent facilities. The bathroom amenities and bedding are of good quality, and the decor has a charming traditional aesthetic. The complimentary items provided, such as the peach wood comb, toiletries, towels, and cotton-linen slippers, are all of high quality. It feels like you're bringing home a lot of lovely souvenirs after just one stay! Service: The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile and patiently resolving any issues. Breakfast is quite generous, and in the evenings, they even provide complimentary chilled mung bean soup and Bingfen (a local dessert) when you return to your room. Environment: The hotel is nestled amidst ancient architecture and traditional gardens. Staying here allows you to truly appreciate the distinctive black tiles, white walls, and blue bricks of Huizhou's ancient buildings. I only wish I could have stayed for a few more days!"

"The room looks exactly like the pictures and is located on the second floor. During the day, you can hear people outside from one side, but it's very quiet at night. Overall, everything was great, and the service was excellent, with a shuttle provided. There are three beautiful cats in the courtyard. We had breakfast in the courtyard the next day, and the food was delicious. I checked out both the front and back entrances, and it's conveniently located close to everything."

"I was on a business trip to Hongcun and booked a room on Ctrip. Hygiene: Clean and tidy without dust. The air is very fresh when you walk in, especially in the rainy days in the south, there is no musty smell. After checking in, they even sent me back to the parking lot. Facilities: The store has complete facilities and the free WiFi signal is very good. "Everyone should come visit Southern Anhui; our 'home' here is truly no worse than anywhere else. Staying at the Pig Bar Inn Countryside Guesthouse was the best decision of this trip. I'm quite particular about accommodations, especially afraid of places that look good on the surface but hide flaws. Before coming, I worried about potential issues with cleanliness and facilities, but all those worries vanished after I arrived. Many photos might make it seem overly 'rustic,' but in reality, every detail reflects carefully maintained nature. The beauty is thoughtful and consistent. The room had ample heating, and the cleanliness details were excellent. All the meals were delicious, with fresh ingredients and authentic preparation. Breakfast was a buffet, featuring dishes stir-fried fresh that morning, served piping hot. The staff were efficient and meticulous. When I arrived (the front desk lady who checked me in on the 1st), there was also a slim, young woman (whose child is in fourth grade) who left a very good impression. The owner manages professionally and diligently, and the staff work hard to execute, creating a seamless experience where guests feel right at home. If you're driving, just navigate directly; the roads were clear the whole way, and you can park inside the courtyard. Bishan Village is easy to explore by bike, with many unique and interesting little shops, unlike the perfunctory copycat stores you often find. The owner's other establishment, 'Dog House Bar,' is nearby, so if you return late, you can grab some noodles or snacks there. The alcohol is good, and the owner's homemade sodas are also nice. From Pig Bar, it's a 10-20 minute drive to Nanping Village, Hongcun, Xidi, Xiuli, and Tachuan. You can stay here and then explore the surrounding areas at your leisure. I hope Pig Bar continues to thrive, and that everyone working there is happy. I also hope future guests have a wonderful and enjoyable stay!"

"Similar to the chain store style of the whole season, the room is clean and tidy, and the service is five stars. Hongcun Scenic Area walked through the alley for about three minutes to the west gate. We didn't drive to the Lucun Observation Deck. We were afraid that there was no parking space on the observation deck. We called a three-bumper back and forth directly at the gate of the west gate. In fact, you can ride a battery car in the past, very close. If you don't climb Huangshan, you can go to Lucun rapeseed flowers and there are buses to arrive. There is no bus on the observation deck. The small fish in the hotel is braised, and the fried meat with dried bamboo shoots is delicious. It is good to eat, suitable for our taste. The scenery of Hongcun and fish lights during the day and night are appreciated, and the weather is excellent, so it is not a trip."
