"Located beside the South Entrance to the village and facing the water-body (see photo of hotel with red banners). Unlike most hotels within the village, this hotel has conserved the architecture of the exterior and interior of the over 300 years old structure. It is well maintained with modern amenities and a nice manicured garden filled with bonsai plants. The Chinese breakfast was simple and nice. The menu has a good range of beverages and the food was good at reasonable prices. The room we stayed was small but cozy. "The location is excellent, right in the heart of the scenic area. The hotel also provides station pick-up and drop-off, making for a seamless and very convenient experience. Although it was my first time booking a B&B, I was truly impressed. As mentioned in other reviews, the service was outstanding, and responses were prompt. I absolutely must share this unforgettable experience! The homestay's location is simply superb, right within the Hongcun scenic area and very close to the center. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing and enjoying local cuisine, saving us a lot of time and energy. Regarding parking, since parking is not available inside the scenic area, we had to park in the paid parking lot outside for 20 yuan a day (24 hours), which was very affordable. Although it involved a little more walking, the peace of mind it provided made it all worthwhile. As for the room, the ”Moon Gazing” scenic heated family room completely exceeded our expectations. The room had one double bed and one single bed. We initially thought it might be cramped with a large group, but it was surprisingly spacious. The homestay staff were also incredibly thoughtful; upon learning of our needs, they not only quickly added an extra bed for us but also carefully inquired if we had any other requirements. The facilities here are excellent. The 24-hour front desk is always available, ensuring we get immediate assistance with any issues. The luggage storage service is incredibly useful for families like ours. The parking lot is well-planned and very convenient. The rooms are fully equipped with all necessary amenities of excellent quality, and the soft, comfortable bedding ensures a good night's sleep every night. Breakfast is available nearby, offering a wide selection, and the steaming hot breakfast started our day off right. In addition to these amenities, the guesthouse provides outfits for guests to try on for photoshoots. With a wide variety of styles, from traditional Hanfu to modern fashion, there's something for everyone. Wearing these beautiful outfits against the stunning backdrop of the guesthouse window, every shot looks like a professional photograph.
