"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Jetwing Sea, Negombo Our family stayed at Jetwing Sea from 11th June 2026 to 17th June 2026, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere that made our vacation memorable. A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Kelum Jayawera (General Manager), whose professionalism, leadership, and warm hospitality were evident throughout our stay. His dedication to guest satisfaction is reflected in the exceptional service provided by the entire team. "The staff are friendly and helpful with any issues that come up. The hotel is clean. Unfortunately, the room doesn't have a hairdryer, a fridge, or a clothes drying rack. Otherwise, everything is good."

"I stayed here for a few day prior to a tour starting. The room was spacious and I had a nice view of the beach/pool area. The hotel is very well kept and was in a good location, within walkable distance to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The beach bar staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and pool attendant were extremely friendly. The food at breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. It was very relaxing couple of days which was exactly what I was after. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"I got off the plane late, because I had to go to the fish market in Niganbu early, and I specially set this place. As the first night of landing in Sri Lanka, the hotel was very good. The door is open sideways, not very obvious. The reception was very warm and I kindly exchanged travel advice when I checked out. The facilities are not complete, there are no dental appliances, the wooden door needs to be locked with a key, but it is very clean, and the bed table bathroom in the whole room is spotless. Bring a small restaurant with a bright window, go out to the fish market seven or eight hundred meters, close to St. Mary's Church. More cost-effective"

"We had a lovely room on the facing the beach The bathroom was big and had a tub and shower. The bathroom amenities were also good. The room was huge but the AC was a little cold and it was hard to adjust. breakfast was ok had a few different things but not a huge range. Didn't use the pool looked a little small."

"After landing at the airport, I checked in at a hotel I found at the airport. Can make an appointment to pick up the locomotive, 10 dollars a piece. Checking in and checking out without having to register any personal information with a passport is too casual. The breakfast was good."

"This place truly rejuvenates your body. It's a hotel, but it feels more like a sanctuary where you can cleanse both your body and soul. You wake up at 6 AM for yoga, followed by two and a half hours of Ayurvedic treatments daily, prescribed by a specialist. Evenings are dedicated to meditation. The therapists are excellent. I've had massages in many countries and am quite particular about therapist compatibility. While I did initially have one who wasn't a good fit, I was able to discuss it with the specialist and switch. The staff genuinely cares about our comfort. My 5-night, 6-day stay was enough to experience Ayurveda, but for actual treatment, two weeks would be necessary. I believe a month-long stay would allow for a complete cellular renewal of the body. If I were to ever develop a chronic illness or cancer, I would want to stay here for several months for serious treatment. Even to prevent chronic diseases and cancer, I feel it would be beneficial to come here regularly for a detox. Meals are therapeutic and prepared according to your dosha. Honestly, some Western guests complained about the food during my stay, but it's meant to be therapeutic. It's tailored to your dosha, eliminating foods that don't suit your body, flavored only with spices, and hardly any salt or sugar is used. Despite that, the presentation and taste are truly commendable. Over my 5-night, 6-day stay, I never had the same menu twice for any of the three daily meals. Even the fruit platters were artfully varied. Since no alcohol or coffee is served, it might not be ideal for those looking for a typical resort experience, but for anyone wanting to reset their body and mind, this is the perfect place."

"The hotel is OK, the facilities are OK, the restaurant downstairs seems to have a high score, very close to the beach and the fish market, a little distance from the church About 20 minutes from the airport But the service is very general. The driver is half an hour late for the pick-up. And the 5-dollar card service is said. But because the driver is late, he is not used at all, but he still charges 5-dollars. Then the room rate is on-site swiping, but the booking price is at the dollar price, and the exchange rate at the conversion rate is quite poor. It is much lower than the official exchange rate."
