"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Jetwing Sea, Negombo Our family stayed at Jetwing Sea from 11th June 2026 to 17th June 2026, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere that made our vacation memorable. A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Kelum Jayawera (General Manager), whose professionalism, leadership, and warm hospitality were evident throughout our stay. His dedication to guest satisfaction is reflected in the exceptional service provided by the entire team. The food was exceptionally well prepared, fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Every meal was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff ensured a pleasant dining experience. "I stayed here for a few day prior to a tour starting. The room was spacious and I had a nice view of the beach/pool area. The hotel is very well kept and was in a good location, within walkable distance to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The beach bar staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and pool attendant were extremely friendly. The food at breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. It was very relaxing couple of days which was exactly what I was after. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"This place truly rejuvenates your body. It's a hotel, but it feels more like a sanctuary where you can cleanse both your body and soul. You wake up at 6 AM for yoga, followed by two and a half hours of Ayurvedic treatments daily, prescribed by a specialist. Evenings are dedicated to meditation. The therapists are excellent. I've had massages in many countries and am quite particular about therapist compatibility. While I did initially have one who wasn't a good fit, I was able to discuss it with the specialist and switch. The staff genuinely cares about our comfort. My 5-night, 6-day stay was enough to experience Ayurveda, but for actual treatment, two weeks would be necessary. I believe a month-long stay would allow for a complete cellular renewal of the body. If I were to ever develop a chronic illness or cancer, I would want to stay here for several months for serious treatment. Even to prevent chronic diseases and cancer, I feel it would be beneficial to come here regularly for a detox. Meals are therapeutic and prepared according to your dosha. Honestly, some Western guests complained about the food during my stay, but it's meant to be therapeutic. It's tailored to your dosha, eliminating foods that don't suit your body, flavored only with spices, and hardly any salt or sugar is used. Despite that, the presentation and taste are truly commendable. Over my 5-night, 6-day stay, I never had the same menu twice for any of the three daily meals. Even the fruit platters were artfully varied. Since no alcohol or coffee is served, it might not be ideal for those looking for a typical resort experience, but for anyone wanting to reset their body and mind, this is the perfect place."

"Fully accessible if you have reduced mobility, a quick ride from the airport and full of the hospitality and charm that Sri Lanka is known for. The grounds are beautiful and the food at breakfast was delightful. I particularly liked that there was a giant superstore right opposite the entrance, perfect for picking up things you might have forgotten on your way there or goodies for your trip back. A wonderful experience."

"Old beautiful hotel located near the port. Room was big and clean, the toilet is old and not that pleasant. Its near to the train station just walking distance. I took a train from there to kandy. Breakfast was not as great as I was expecting. Simple dishes though. Overall it's like a medieval building converted to a hotel."

"The hotel is OK, the facilities are OK, the restaurant downstairs seems to have a high score, very close to the beach and the fish market, a little distance from the church About 20 minutes from the airport But the service is very general. The driver is half an hour late for the pick-up. And the 5-dollar card service is said. But because the driver is late, he is not used at all, but he still charges 5-dollars. Then the room rate is on-site swiping, but the booking price is at the dollar price, and the exchange rate at the conversion rate is quite poor. It is much lower than the official exchange rate."

"This hotel is the most cost-effective in my trip. The previous two adults and one child were all over 2000, but here there is no need to add a bed. It is within three digits. I saw that the room next door costs more than 2,000. The room is large and the balcony is also super large. The front desk helped us upgrade the room for free. The whole hotel feels like a resort. It is in the villa area and very quiet. Next time I come to Negombo, Sri Lanka, I must stay two more nights."
