Old beautiful hotel located near the port. Room was big and clean, the toilet is old and not that pleasant. Its near to the train station just walking distance. I took a train from there to kandy. Breakfast was not as great as I was expecting. Simple dishes though. Overall it's like a medieval building converted to a hotel.

Fully accessible if you have reduced mobility, a quick ride from the airport and full of the hospitality and charm that Sri Lanka is known for. The grounds are beautiful and the food at breakfast was delightful. I particularly liked that there was a giant superstore right opposite the entrance, perfect for picking up things you might have forgotten on your way there or goodies for your trip back. A wonderful experience.

The guesthouse owner greeted us very warmly and fed us a delicious dinner. The room was wonderful! The next morning I had a fever, so the owner gave me some Panadol to take with me on the road. They also helped me buy a power bank because the phone charger in the car wasn't working. Thanks to the owner and his wife! I highly recommend this hotel!

The villa is located in the nymombo area, 7 minutes walk to the sea, we got a room with all the facilities and mini-suitable with a refrigerator and teapot, hot water was always (except for half day after the rain), the room itself is very comfortable, With the Baldakhines from mosquitoes, a bunch of roseets, wai-faem (after the rain is not very stable). We in Sri Lanka for the first time and more wanted to focus on tours and... the owner of the villa offered us the most optimal option - an individual three-day tour on a car with a driver on all the sights we wanted and Even more (even on the tower of Ambulwava took and guessed the arrival of the train on the 9-thiaroic bridge and then travelling on the train itself through the bridge to another province), with a night in the best hotels of the region! At the same time the price was lower than the offers of local tours for two-day tours. And the hosts organized a transfer from and to the airport! Everything was clear and without overlaps! General impressions - Nemombo non-residential area, sea and coast are not the cleanest, but this villa as a transit base or as a place from where you can go to see the country clearly can be recommended! This place truly rejuvenates your body. It's a hotel, but it feels more like a sanctuary where you can cleanse both your body and soul. You wake up at 6 AM for yoga, followed by two and a half hours of Ayurvedic treatments daily, prescribed by a specialist. Evenings are dedicated to meditation. The therapists are excellent. I've had massages in many countries and am quite particular about therapist compatibility. While I did initially have one who wasn't a good fit, I was able to discuss it with the specialist and switch. The staff genuinely cares about our comfort. My 5-night, 6-day stay was enough to experience Ayurveda, but for actual treatment, two weeks would be necessary. I believe a month-long stay would allow for a complete cellular renewal of the body. If I were to ever develop a chronic illness or cancer, I would want to stay here for several months for serious treatment. Even to prevent chronic diseases and cancer, I feel it would be beneficial to come here regularly for a detox. Meals are therapeutic and prepared according to your dosha. Honestly, some Western guests complained about the food during my stay, but it's meant to be therapeutic. It's tailored to your dosha, eliminating foods that don't suit your body, flavored only with spices, and hardly any salt or sugar is used. Despite that, the presentation and taste are truly commendable. Over my 5-night, 6-day stay, I never had the same menu twice for any of the three daily meals. Even the fruit platters were artfully varied. Since no alcohol or coffee is served, it might not be ideal for those looking for a typical resort experience, but for anyone wanting to reset their body and mind, this is the perfect place.

Convenient resort hotel The location is in the alley at the end of the section, which is relatively biased, but it is also convenient On the day of check-in, the manager upgraded us to the family room and got a large space, very good! It was seven or eight o'clock when we checked in. The manager Mr. Mareen was very warm and received a delicious juice 🍹! The check-in process is also very concerned about our needs and safety, which is very heartwarming. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old and there are many traces of use. Be careful that there is no hair dryer, spare parts and slippers in the room (but we have them ourselves), the TV may not operate, it is impossible to watch. Because it is located at the beach, there are really a lot of mosquitoes. We played mosquitoes all night, and maybe the tenants went to the beach and brought too much sand. The floor and bathroom mats were a little traces. We prefer to step on barefoot. I really feel that cleanliness can be strengthened! By the way, the seafood restaurant recommended by the manager is very delicious 😋

Amazing hotel with a lot of care and thought put into the little details. Feels very unique with the suites having a very architectural type feel, example recsess in the bathroom for light features and shelving etc. the door however had an old rusty handle which would fault, locking you in! Had to leave the door open propped by a bin. The pool is beautiful although not as clean as our previous hotel at Heritance Negombo, a few doors up. The power also cut out 10+ times over an hour period. Maybe the switch between solar to grid needs to be upgraded. The single lift is also very old and tiny. Definitely needs an upgrade. Spa was good, breakfast was fairly standard however fresh pancakes were a treat after 2 weeks of eating stale hard ones at other buffets haha

The room is big and I am quite satisfied with the price. The bed is clean and the food tastes good. We felt very comfortable on the second morning here. However, I need to give a suggestion to the hotel. It is better to install glass in the bathroom window, otherwise the blinds alone cannot prevent mosquitoes from entering. Fortunately, the air conditioner was cold enough that night and it was equipped with mosquito repellent.

The hotel I chose for transit in Negombo is roughly equivalent to the level of a three-star hotel in China. The breakfast is self-service with a wide variety of options, and the fruits and banana yogurt are well received. Check-in was very fast, and I give a thumbs up to the guy at the front desk. I gave the guy who carried the luggage a tip of 100 rupees, and he seemed very happy. What I was not satisfied with was that I booked a superior king-size bed room, but ended up getting a double standard room. I don't know if there was a problem with the system. Also, the plug of the washbasin was blocked, and I didn't know how to open it🥹

Our stay here was so accommodating with a large room with larger bathroom with everything you need! Great location and such attentive family who make the stay 10/10 experience!
