"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Jetwing Sea, Negombo Our family stayed at Jetwing Sea from 11th June 2026 to 17th June 2026, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere that made our vacation memorable. A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Kelum Jayawera (General Manager), whose professionalism, leadership, and warm hospitality were evident throughout our stay. His dedication to guest satisfaction is reflected in the exceptional service provided by the entire team. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Kushlohko (Manager), Ms. Oshadi (Front Office Executive), Mr. Rumesh (Assistant Housekeeper), Mr. Sakuna (Barman), Mr. Manchonayaka (Senior Barman), and Mr. Prabash (Beverage Service Boy) for their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to assist us at every opportunity. They always greeted us with genuine smiles, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were excellent—clean, spacious, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our stay. The food was exceptionally well prepared, fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Every meal was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff ensured a pleasant dining experience. The bar team was equally impressive, providing outstanding service with professionalism and warmth. What truly sets Jetwing Sea apart is its people. Every member of the staff treated us like family, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our holiday. "Amazing hotel with a lot of care and thought put into the little details. Feels very unique with the suites having a very architectural type feel, example recsess in the bathroom for light features and shelving etc. the door however had an old rusty handle which would fault, locking you in! Had to leave the door open propped by a bin. The pool is beautiful although not as clean as our previous hotel at Heritance Negombo, a few doors up. The power also cut out 10+ times over an hour period. Maybe the switch between solar to grid needs to be upgraded. The single lift is also very old and tiny. Definitely needs an upgrade. Spa was good, breakfast was fairly standard however fresh pancakes were a treat after 2 weeks of eating stale hard ones at other buffets haha"

"It suited its purpose to be close to the airport, but otherwise there is not much to do in the area neither in the hotel. I would not stay longer than necessary. The hotels facilities are basic, rooms a bit outdated, though gym is quite good. Pool is nice and breakfast tasty and good variety"

"This is very good place for the single female traveller. It is very quiet because no kids allowed. Just fine being part of the lagoon with the whole bunch of different birds that you are generally see in your country of origin you’re from Europe. I generally don’t eat much of the menu apart from the curries which are superb. They are not many Sri Lankan dishes. The pool is the longest pool in Hotel in Sri Lanka in the hotel was designed by one of Sri Lanka’s most well-known architects. The design of the whole Hotel and the rooms really compelling to move and I come to this hotel again and again. You get quite a good discount if you stay there after a number of days."

"The hotel I chose for transit in Negombo is roughly equivalent to the level of a three-star hotel in China. The breakfast is self-service with a wide variety of options, and the fruits and banana yogurt are well received. Check-in was very fast, and I give a thumbs up to the guy at the front desk. I gave the guy who carried the luggage a tip of 100 rupees, and he seemed very happy. What I was not satisfied with was that I booked a superior king-size bed room, but ended up getting a double standard room. I don't know if there was a problem with the system. Also, the plug of the washbasin was blocked, and I didn't know how to open it🥹"
