"Very friendly staff. It was just an OK stay. The room was a bit run down, common areas were very nice though. The ceiling fan was very noisy because it wasn't really mounted well. It did have a nice restaurant and spa facilities. Two pools were great and the clean beach access was the best. Having a gym was a pleasant surprise. There was a block wide power outage due to power line upgrade and I was grateful they had a generator to keep things going for 8+hours of having no power elsewhere. I personally probably would not want to stay here again."

"Amazing hotel with a lot of care and thought put into the little details. Feels very unique with the suites having a very architectural type feel, example recsess in the bathroom for light features and shelving etc. the door however had an old rusty handle which would fault, locking you in! Had to leave the door open propped by a bin. The pool is beautiful although not as clean as our previous hotel at Heritance Negombo, a few doors up. The power also cut out 10+ times over an hour period. Maybe the switch between solar to grid needs to be upgraded. The single lift is also very old and tiny. Definitely needs an upgrade. Spa was good, breakfast was fairly standard however fresh pancakes were a treat after 2 weeks of eating stale hard ones at other buffets haha"

"It suited its purpose to be close to the airport, but otherwise there is not much to do in the area neither in the hotel. I would not stay longer than necessary. The hotels facilities are basic, rooms a bit outdated, though gym is quite good. Pool is nice and breakfast tasty and good variety"

"This is very good place for the single female traveller. It is very quiet because no kids allowed. Just fine being part of the lagoon with the whole bunch of different birds that you are generally see in your country of origin you’re from Europe. I generally don’t eat much of the menu apart from the curries which are superb. They are not many Sri Lankan dishes. The pool is the longest pool in Hotel in Sri Lanka in the hotel was designed by one of Sri Lanka’s most well-known architects. The design of the whole Hotel and the rooms really compelling to move and I come to this hotel again and again. You get quite a good discount if you stay there after a number of days."

"The hotel I chose for transit in Negombo is roughly equivalent to the level of a three-star hotel in China. The breakfast is self-service with a wide variety of options, and the fruits and banana yogurt are well received. Check-in was very fast, and I give a thumbs up to the guy at the front desk. I gave the guy who carried the luggage a tip of 100 rupees, and he seemed very happy. What I was not satisfied with was that I booked a superior king-size bed room, but ended up getting a double standard room. I don't know if there was a problem with the system. Also, the plug of the washbasin was blocked, and I didn't know how to open it🥹"

"A green hotel, very close to the sea, and the view from the room is amazing. 1) Breakfast wasn't very tasty, and the food at the hotel wasn't particularly good. 2) The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. 3) Parking is available right across from the hotel. 4) You exit the hotel, turn right, and walk along the road where you'll find restaurants, cafes, and shops. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to a good restaurant, which is fine overall; you can enjoy a stroll. 5) There's a volleyball court inside the hotel, and we played a game. Overall, it's good, but the hotel itself isn't new. If you're staying for 2-3 days, it's a great option, but for a week, it's probably better to choose another place."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night. It’s conveniently close to the airport, making it easy to reach in about 30 minutes. If you’re looking to enjoy a lagoon view, this is one of the best options. The breakfast was excellent, featuring both traditional and Western dishes. They also offer a late checkout option at an hourly rate of approximately $5 USD per hour."

"Disappointed stay to be totally honest. The location is good, right on the beach and 20 mins from the airport. There is a pool and many restaurants around. The street doesn't have much to do, but if you want to stay and relax its a good option. Check in was 2pm even though its stated as 1pm online. The women at the front desk are excellent, very efficient and friendly, however the men are not. I wasn't impressed. Upon check out, nobody came to collect my bags. Food is good from ala carte. The bar manager is amazing. Very good customer service. The bed is comfortable, along with the pillows. Good shower and wifi. Nice balcony. The room has a mosquito problem and no robe or slippers in the room. Some problems exist however. In the hallway there is music and lights on 24/7. This disturbs sleep. Neighbours are noisy (not hotel fault). And people reserve sun loungers in the morning, even though they do not use until hours later. This is a problem. Overall I was a little disappointed with my stay."

"On the first day of arriving in Sri Lanka, we were not far from the airport. On the trail, the hotel had a swimming pool and the air conditioner was noisy. Also because it was close to the airport, planes were noisy at night. But the long journey is tiring and I can’t sleep. I left my leather shoes in this hotel on the first day."
