"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Jetwing Sea, Negombo Our family stayed at Jetwing Sea from 11th June 2026 to 17th June 2026, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere that made our vacation memorable. A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Kelum Jayawera (General Manager), whose professionalism, leadership, and warm hospitality were evident throughout our stay. His dedication to guest satisfaction is reflected in the exceptional service provided by the entire team. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Kushlohko (Manager), Ms. Oshadi (Front Office Executive), Mr. Rumesh (Assistant Housekeeper), Mr. Sakuna (Barman), Mr. Manchonayaka (Senior Barman), and Mr. Prabash (Beverage Service Boy) for their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to assist us at every opportunity. They always greeted us with genuine smiles, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were excellent—clean, spacious, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our stay. The food was exceptionally well prepared, fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Every meal was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff ensured a pleasant dining experience. The bar team was equally impressive, providing outstanding service with professionalism and warmth. What truly sets Jetwing Sea apart is its people. Every member of the staff treated us like family, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our holiday. "Perfect hotel for a stay close to the airport! The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully served in the garden next to the pool. The 24 hour check in was perfect when arriving in the middle of the night after a flight. Cannot recommend more if you need a place to stay close to the airport."

"It is an exquisite and beautiful small hotel We arrived at the hotel around nine o'clock in the evening. The owner was already waiting there and welcomed us warmly. He also gave us a local sweet and sour drink and then patiently introduced relevant information to us. The homestay is very nicely decorated, the water pressure and temperature are very suitable for showering, there is also a small balcony, and there are no mosquitoes. When I went downstairs at night, there was music playing on the speakers in the living room, it was so romantic! ! ! I walked around the hotel's garden, sat on a rocking chair, and felt the breeze under the lights. It was very comfortable. We agreed on a breakfast time, but he was 20 minutes late and didn't rush us. When we arrived at the restaurant, the proprietress brought us the hot breakfast, and the boss patiently and politely introduced each dish to us. A very rich breakfast, you can choose black tea or coffee, with drinking water and fruit drinks, grilled sausage and lava fried eggs, I love it! Local pasta and fruits, mainly sweet, toasted toast, jam and butter, don't be too perfect~ The boss and his wife are very comfortable to get along with, and their words and actions make people feel very friendly and enthusiastic. When we left, the driver also told us that he thought the boss was a very nice and polite person. It's a pity that I only chose to stay in Negombo for one night. I hope I can have the opportunity to come to Sri Lanka again in the future and stay in this hotel for a few more nights. This hotel gave me a good start to my trip, it was a great experience 😄"

"The hotel is OK, the facilities are OK, the restaurant downstairs seems to have a high score, very close to the beach and the fish market, a little distance from the church About 20 minutes from the airport But the service is very general. The driver is half an hour late for the pick-up. And the 5-dollar card service is said. But because the driver is late, he is not used at all, but he still charges 5-dollars. Then the room rate is on-site swiping, but the booking price is at the dollar price, and the exchange rate at the conversion rate is quite poor. It is much lower than the official exchange rate."

"The hotel is near the airport; we checked in at night. Everything was great. There's no breakfast after 10, but there's a cafe nearby. Everyone was very friendly."

"The feeling is very good, except for more bugs. The spa is very special! Like it, it is recommended to feel it. Check in first came a light ceremony (this is one of Sri Lanka's highest courtesies to VIPs, integrating Buddhist water supply, light blessing and flower purification into the core link of ”Welcome Pooja (Pujia welcome ceremony)”, which means praying for you: safe journey, clean body and mind, and all the best.) After the room was arranged, the service staff brought the check-in introduction and sent the juice (Sri Lanka juice freedom, 0 added), and the housekeeper sent us the luggage later. The next day's activities, from 5:30 to 6:30, there will be yoga (not very strong, mainly relaxing and happy), there will be a healing spa at 9 o'clock, breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 (breakfast slot: very slow! If the spa is about 9 o'clock, you can come to breakfast at 8 o'clock)."

"We had a lovely room on the facing the beach The bathroom was big and had a tub and shower. The bathroom amenities were also good. The room was huge but the AC was a little cold and it was hard to adjust. breakfast was ok had a few different things but not a huge range. Didn't use the pool looked a little small."
