"Excellent stay overall. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, great value for money. The room was larger than expected, with modern facilities and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to rent a scooter or grab a taxi to move around easily, as most attractions are a bit spread out. However, the location is still quite convenient. It’s close to Central Phuket Mall and only a short ride from many good restaurants. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for comfort and good value in Phuket."

"It was the best location for family trip. It's close to the airport which is very convenient for early morning departure. It has a waterpark perfect for children. beachfront so you can walk to the beach and watch the sunset. Resort is very big so they will bring you around with a free buggy service within the resort."

"Good reception upon arrival, quick communication asking if ok to check in late. Given the most important info there and then (breakfast etc). Busboy / porter always on point yo help, same for reception and breakfast / bar staff. Room was ok, the shower had good pressure and temp, plenty of space to manage family stay or otherwise. Room clearly is a bit older as white spots that have been repainted easily seen, or sealant in shower weathered. Safe worked no issues. TV is a bit old but that's nitpicky, would be nice to cast too or screen mirror via usb. Housekeeping on point and no issues. Spa staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Pool area is well maintained, lobby singers every night. My one real pet peeve is maybe have a more varied playlist for the lobby. The amount of times 'The girl from Ipanema' was playing could arguably ruin it 😅 Overall I would stay here again, it is close to the heart of Phuket whilst simultaneously being quite quiet compared to the popular beach areas."

Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable. I really enjoyed my stay and especially my room is seafront and unblock view , the room is literally directly in front of the ocean view. , can near the sound of the waves from your room, loving every minute of balcony view. Jacuzzi was a bonus and it made you feel so comfortable after a long day of walk . Elle has been exceptionally attentive and prompt in replying to all my emails. She handled every request efficiently and always provided thoughtful solutions. Her professionalism and problem-solving attitude gave me great confidence before and during my stay. Pa, the Reception Manager, was equally impressive. She was at the front desk during my check-in and also responded quickly to my live chat messages through the Zenmaya app. Every request I made was immediately attended to under her careful supervision. Her attention to detail and proactive approach are truly commendable. Puy, the Housekeeper, did a fantastic job maintaining my room. Everything was always tidy and neatly arranged. Initially, I noticed that small towels were missing, but after I made the request, she remembered and ensured they were placed in my room every day thereafter. Her consistency and care were much appreciated. Your staff are true gems — rare to find and a great credit to the hotel. Please continue the excellent work! I will definitely recommend Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket to my family, relatives, and friends, and I look forward to returning for another stay in the near future. Never regret booking this hotel"

"I mainly chose this hotel for its location, as it's not far from Banzaan Fresh Market and Bangla Road, yet still quiet. However, I might not have paid attention to the room type when booking, or perhaps the front desk didn't assign us one, but our room was in the main check-in building. I saw on Xiaohongshu that the new building across the street has much better facilities. If you're booking or checking in, definitely choose the new building. Our room felt unsanitary; the sheets had been washed but still had large yellow stains, and the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned, with visible usage marks and a strong odor. Secondly, the facilities were old, and the water quality was poor. We brought a filtered shower head, and after running the water for a while, it turned black—not yellow, but black, which was truly terrifying. We visited during the off-season, but it felt severely understaffed. Check-in took a very long time, and no one seemed to care that we were waiting. When we tried to call the front desk, many ignored us, and some just told us to wait again, which was quite cold. The two young men at luggage storage were excellent, and I'd like to specifically commend them; they were very enthusiastic. Since our room didn't have hot water and the front desk was unresponsive, I had to report it to the luggage staff, who then relayed it to the front desk, and it was eventually resolved. In summary, if you stay at this hotel, be sure to book the new building, bring a filtered shower head, and don't expect good service."

"I'll start with the most important point for me, the biggest downside of this hotel is the lack of sound insulation. You can hear all the neighbors through the walls, and the bars nearby play very loud music until 4 AM. It feels like you’re sitting right next to a speaker it's complete madness! We stayed for 4 nights, and there were concerts at the bars every other day. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, the pool is clean, and the breakfasts are good. There is a restaurant on the hotel premises that serves delicious food; I highly recommend it. The massage services available at the hotel are also great!”"

"The location is top notch, the room spacious, and area quiet. I even decided to extend my stay with 3 more nights instead of going to the 5-star Dewa down the street as I saw no reason to pay x4 the price when this hotel with a pool you can do some laps in, great rooms, and kind service is just next doors. 3 minutes walk to the beach, beach restaurants, as thai market. Around the corner are 7 Eleven and Tops Daily. And just take a Grab for 70THB to the airport (5-min) instead of a 200THB taxi. The beach is fairly full of garbage compared to i.e. Mai Khao, but the water is pristine. I would definitely go here again."

"I first discovered Sawasdee Village by chance while walking around in the evening, and the atmosphere absolutely amazed me. It felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of the tourist chaos, so I decided to plan my next trip around staying here. The room itself was small but cozy and very clean, although a bit old and in need of some renovation. I had read about this in reviews beforehand, so I was prepared for it and booked only one night. Honestly, if the rooms were more modern, I would have gladly stayed for a week or longer. On the positive side, everything worked well: Wi-Fi was stable, the room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I loved the canopy and the ceiling with glowing stars. The view from my window overlooked the beautiful garden, and the room even had a humidifier with essential oils, which made it smell wonderful. The property is simply stunning — two pools, a spa, a restaurant, water bars, billiards and table football, as well as plenty of cozy corners to relax in. It was a delight to stroll through the lush garden, sit by the fountains, and swing on the hammocks. Breakfast was included and offered a generous buffet with many choices. In the room I also had a capsule coffee machine, bottled water, tea, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, insect repellent, cookies, and even a flashlight — such thoughtful details. The staff were very kind and welcoming. They helped with my luggage and allowed me to check in 1.5 hours earlier since my room was ready. The location is also convenient, close to the beach and shops, and I loved the little foot shower at the entrance to wash off sand before entering the hotel. As for value — it’s a bit mixed. On the one hand, the unique atmosphere and privacy are worth the price. On the other hand, I noticed that within the same hotel, villas with direct pool access were actually cheaper than the room I booked (although when I reserved my room, the pool villas were more expensive). Still, I think Sawasdee Village is a special place, perfect for a relaxing stay — even for something as romantic as a wedding photoshoot"
