The location isn't congested and it's very quiet. **Service:** We arrived around 3 PM on the 4th (a special shout-out to the young lady at the front desk – I didn't catch her name, but she deserves particular praise). She was the only one on duty then, and she was also working when we checked out around 10 AM on the 5th (if her manager sees this review, please commend her!). Her demeanor was gentle and appropriate, she was very professional, and she tried her best to accommodate our requests.

Other than the toilet flush being a bit loud, there were no other issues. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the restaurant are beautiful and truly a pleasure to look at; the designer definitely has good taste. If you're looking for a resort hotel suitable for both seniors and children, this one is worth considering. It offers better value for money than some of the hotels near a certain lake.

The hotel is warm. At first, they mixed up our numbers. They gave us two rooms. It was very hot and cozy in them. There were no windows. It was impossible to regulate the heating. But later, they found their mistake and changed us to a larger family room with a window. That's what we booked. We slept with the window open. The room is for four people. There are only enough towels for two. Overall, it's okay for one night. The metro is close.
