The whole team from the trainee waiters, restaurant and bar managers to the hotel manager were absolutely ‘en pointe’ - nothing ever too much trouble & always checked in to make sure everything was ok. This is a hotel where you feel part of the family, you feel welcomed from the minute you arrive, to the second you leave. I have no hesitation it recommending The Villa and hope to return one day."
