"The hotel is located in the heart of the small town. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive, offering a complimentary upgrade to a business room and allowing a late check-out until 2 PM. The room was clean and hygienic, equipped with disposable toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes. Parking was convenient. There are many restaurants nearby. Although located by the roadside, the windows are very soundproof, making the room very quiet. This is one of the best value hotels I've ever stayed at. Highly recommended."

"The room view is absolutely stunning! It has a terrace where I enjoyed coffee and simply relaxed, surrounded by mountains and breathing in fresh air – it was incredibly peaceful. Spending two days unwinding in this idyllic place was truly relaxing and worth every penny. The breakfast area isn't large but offers a wide variety of choices. We also ordered the 'stove-boiled tea' in our room, which created a wonderful ambiance. Manager Li Ting at the front desk provided excellent service; she was very thoughtful and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. I'll definitely be back!"

"Stayed at Xikang Wellness & Resort Benxi and had a mixed but generally positive experience. The villa was spacious, had a great view, and the amenities were quite decent. The hotel service was also very good throughout the stay. Cleanliness was mostly fine overall, but there were some maintenance issues that were hard to ignore. The curtains were hiding mould and other imperfections, and the roller blinds in the bathroom looked dirty and as if they had not been maintained for a long time. As for food, the dinner options were fairly average, while breakfast was quite good. Overall, the stay had some strong points, especially the space, view, and service, but better upkeep would make a big difference."
