"I can not give any comment about the hotel because we were not there. We came to the hotel at 12 in the night and they said all of the room are reserved and they dont have room for us ??? We booked on Trip.com and paid ??? The receptionist said in the normal way without apology like it should be like this. He said we should move to another hotel they arranged for us (10 km far from this hotel). Whatttttt ? If the hotel has no room for us, they should inform us in advance and i can cancel and book another hotel. Another dissapointment was i contacted the hotel in advance to tell them about our late checkin. At that time they should have informed me about the vacancy. But nothing !!! Never again with this hotel. We contacted Trip.com and got the support. It was good from trip.com"

"Nice hotel directly at the market in Heppenheim, so ideally located. With good weather you can sit outside and eat in a beautiful atmosphere for dinner. The hotel is very good, a small but delicious breakfast buffet ensures a good start in the day. The rooms are probably rather small, the bath was modern. Unfortunately without air conditioning, as it had more than 30 degrees of daily temperature during the stay. But the evening it cooled well and you could sleep well. Good service, sounding "engels". Very nice."

"My wife and I arrived on a Wednesday. Performance was appropriate for a three and a half to four stars hotel. On Saturday afternoon a family celebration began directly in a city house. The volume increased from hour to hour. At 24 hours I registered at the hotel's known telephone number. A lady at the telephone told me she was not responsible if I would not live in our country and I could not imagine that there could be celebrations there. Since our call is not targeted, I should be pleased to take care of myself and I could call the police. She would only provide a hotel room. I have not experienced such a thing and I can't even imagine that it can be a leading destination for future guests. My wife and I will check whether we can submit legal steps. A very disappointing stay in this House. Not recommended. Frank Bauersfeld"

"Repetition in the very positive atmosphere. How long have we been coming to the Bacchus Hotel in Bensheim? More than 15 years? Perfect service, quality and contact with staff. Very special how things work here. We feel very comfortable here, even though the hotel is a business-oriented place. The individual does not suffer from this at all. The rooms, parking and (super!) breakfast are fantastic."

"The hotel was renovated and looks from the facility, very comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the lift was defect, which was a little difficult for me because our room was on the 2nd floor and I had problems with it."
