Wonderful stay at Park Plaza Berlin I had a really great stay at Park Plaza Berlin and would happily return in the future. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really feel that they care about their guests, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, nicely designed, and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. Everything felt well organized and easy. The location is also a big plus — very convenient for getting around Berlin, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. It made sightseeing and evening walks really enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely stay. Great service, great atmosphere, and a great location. Thank you to the team at Park Plaza Berlin for making the visit so pleasant — I’d definitely recommend it.

The hotel is super. We had a very nice small apartment with bedroom, beautiful bathroom with bathtub and washing machine (Bosch Serie8!). The kitchen line is also very high quality. The wellness area with a small pool in the upper floor is very beautiful. The staff was always very nice, hifsy, premature and deserves a rugxhty thick praise! We have felt very well, liked to come back and have recommended it again. Only a shortage (but the hotel cannot do anything): there are no free parking in the surroundings.

A lovely small hotel. The staff are warm and unobtrusive. Rooms are clean and comfortable for relaxation. Close to the city center and well connected to all parts of Berlin. Everything you need is available within a five-minute walk.

It was lovely literally less than 5 minutes from station, easy check in and check out. Room was clean and had basic amenities. Air conditioning very good, there is good hot water for shower. But walls are a little thin so can hear people if a light sleeper

Feel always welcome Quiet and clean. This hotel has been my unbeatable stay for more than twenty years. Throughout the years premises have been developed and concept upgraded without exaggeration but keeping promises!

waren zwei Nächte, es wurde am Samstag nicht gereinigt. Am Sonntag beim Frühstück mussten wur ca. 10 Minuten warten, reklamieren und dann von der Dame anpflaumen lassen. Sonst alles ok.

The staff were friendly and very helpful and the hotel is conveniently located near to a subway station. The hotel room was relatively no-frills but had all the essentials. The lift in the hotel is a bit small so that might be problematic for travellers with larger suitcases.

Shoulder hotel with excellent breakfast Plus: Awesome, caring staff and very delicious, cheese breakfast.Defects: The hotel itself is old, the interior is noticeably decorated.Result: Cosy as home despite the age of the building. Recommend!

The hotel is located in a residential house. To get out of the street, you need to call, when the settlement gives the key to the bottom door. The room is clean, comfortable. I took the economic option number, i.e. the bathroom and toilet are common. In the shower there is one problem, the water runs slowly, and the wrestling at the shower is low, so long to use the shower will not turn out;( There are many cafes and shops nearby, the area is good.The hotel staff speaks Russian.
