"AVOID! Awful experience. We show up at 8:45pm on a Saturday after a long drive, and no one was there. There was a number to call, and no one answered after multiple attempts. We didn't hear back until 11:30 pm, and they didn't leave a message. We could not find an alternative and had to drive through the night. When we called the next day, they didn't even apologize, and took no responsibility. We did a pre-check in to make sure everything was in place."

"We chose this hotel because of the close proximity of the interstate and the fact that there was an outdoor pool in the hot west Texas summer. The pool looked as though it was a sewer drop for all of Big Spring’s residents. I was told by the condescending and rude front desk personnel that the pool was “under maintenance”. I don’t believe it has been maintained since the Reagan administration. It was nasty, ya’ll!"
