"This is a comfortable hotel. The staff are helpful. The rooms are modern,ours had a comfy bed and a fridge. The spa was pricey and the spa pool had to be booked 1hour for €22 each adult. I’ve stayed in spa hotels before and the pool part /sauna have been free to use for hotel guests. The breakfast was the usual buffet style and ok. They’re only 2 restaurants/bars for food open in this town and a few drinking bars. It was October so maybe more are open in the summer. The hotel does snacks at lunchtime but no evening meals."

"Beautifully decorated and renovated hotel, super comfy beds, excellent personnel (motivated and not frustrated). Mundaka is a crumped place in summer, if you come with the car, reserve your space in the garage- there are NO public parking available! The garage has space for EVs, charging is free."

"The hotel's location is very good, centrally located in an iconic building. It's very well-maintained, and the rooms are very comfortable. The spa is very good, with a variety of pools, and the massages are very pleasant. It also has a very well-equipped gym, far exceeding the average found even in much better hotels. Room for improvement: the in-room safe is broken, and the closet should have doors, much better than a curtain. But above all, the service at breakfast could be improved. The guy in the kitchen the morning I was there was very unfriendly and rude. I asked him if they could make me some scrambled eggs (because the truth is that the healthy breakfast options were very limited), and his response was to slam the door in my face. Very unpleasant; it really has tarnished the rest of his colleagues' work."

"Hardly a 3 star hotel by any standards. Pretty old bouncy spring beds would be the main deal breaker. I guess still, probably the most comfy stay if you are in Sestao for business (which is not saying much, as Sestao is a full on industrial area). I was not there for business and just booked it because hotel showed on trip.com as short-ish drive (15min) from Bilbao station and there was nothing decent available closer by at that price range; however Sestao is not technically Bilbao and an uber from airport (there were no taxis), or from this hotel to Bilbao will cost you 30-50 euro. So it ended up becoming a way more expensive stay than booking a hotel of the same category in the city center. Meh."
