"Great stay I didn't feel like a 5-star but I would say a 4-star clean and standard room in size with also balcony I confirm that unfortunately the hotel is surrounded by houses and apartments Positive is that you go out of the gate and you have before the lake of Bolsena I enjoyed during the stay of the center massages that I warmly recommend Environment and really relaxing massage The star more I would put it for the restaurant service The server who followed me during the dinner (good) and breakfast (good in both sweet and salt) is extremely professional as required by a 5 stars I'd surely go back to us."

"The location is very suggestive, rather dilapidated rooms with inadequate services (the water jet from the sink, too small) came out of it, wetting the floor. We risked a serious accident due to the sudden detachment of a heavy finish on an unlikely canopy. Beautiful floor... uneven in several places, with obvious holes and tiles coming loose in several places. Modest breakfast, little variety with poor quality products and very limited time (barracks shifts) to consume it in due relaxation. Experience not to be repeated."

"It is a lovely and calm place with a good swimming pool. It has apartments so you can cook your own meals. They don't offer dinner, only breakfast. My recommendation is that they start offering dinner. They have a nice bar that is very close to the city of BOLSENA. All in all, it was worth the money we spent."

Hotel Lido - Beach and Palace

"An older hotel (a lakefront beach property) lacking many of the amenities required to provide 4-star service: no in-room water heater with tea and instant coffee, poor terrace cleaning (it wasn't even cleaned at check-in), small room on the beach, poor breakfast, both savory (industrial-quality cold cuts and cheeses, awful scrambled eggs, no bacon, poorly made cappuccino, etc.) and sweet (low-quality cakes and pastries); poor dinners (good products, but the chef needs a change). Beautiful location, shame."
