"The hotel has a great location, walking distance to the train station and to the river. The room is big enough and the bathroom size is decent too. I booked a room with two twin beds. I might have selected 1 room and 1 guest instead of two guests when I booked it. The hotel decided I need to pay extra for the additional person plus additional city tax. They have plenty of rooms ready but when we tried to check in around 1:30, we were told no room was ready. The WiFi barely worked at all. I had to use my cell data."

"My daughter has just returned here fro a school trip. The feedback from all children I spoke to was the hotel was about as bad as it can get. Rooms filthy - mould on sheets, dead insects on their bed linen, food inedible (lumpy soup and watery chilli) and so ate nothing for the two days staying there, and there was a restriction on the water they were allowed to drink! in 30C heat this is an outrage. Hotel should be ashamed of itself."

"WOW! This should be 10 stars! My family consists of my mom, daughter, husband and myself all stayed here this week. The hosts are amazing we have never been so well cared and catered for in this most beautiful region! Super welcoming super friendly.This hotel and its lovely location is an absolute must we cannot recommend it enough! Very high end quality finishes in the rooms. Our trip this year was driving all around Western Germany down to Switzerland and then back to the UK the Park Hotel will always be the Jewel of our trip and we will certainly be staying here again! "I stayed here with a school group. We stayed here in 2019 and the management has changed since then. Firstly I would say the location is quite good. It is only a 15 min walk to Boppard along the river. There is a little kiosk in the town which stays open late and some Eiscafes also. The hotel itself is clean. We didn't have any experiences of dirty bedlinen or mould on sheets. Absolutely not. The bedrooms were basic but clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was cold at night. The heating didn't seem to be working in some rooms but the shower was hot at all times. The owners are nice and friendly but do insist on a room inspection at check in and check out. We had all our deposits returned but I am sure if something had have been broken the charge would have been high. The breakfast was nice - warm rolls, cheese, ham Nutella, toast, coffee, juice. We went for half board option. If I was going again I would choose b+b only. The dinners were not good. Some students ate no dinner at all while there and after the first night I ate the soup only. I think if the hotel can improve on the food for dinner it would be fine. The bedrooms are fine for school groups and teachers."

"What an amazing apartment. Very modern, spotlessly clean, huge, comfortable beds, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Great location just minutes walking distance from the river front, from the station and from the town centre. Lovely breakfast for 12 euro. The host was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Free guest card giving free train and bus travel in VRM area, free entrance to the museum and discounts on KD boats and the Sesssel Chair lift. We had the most wonderful time."
