Located 10 minutes from Whiteface Mountain and 25 minutes from Lake Placid, our wilderness retreat is the perfect respite.AuSable Acres offers 10 miles of hiking/snowshoeing/cross-country ski trails, a lake for fishing as well as tennis & pickleball courts.The spaceEnjoy our peaceful and secluded 4 bedroom 2 bathroom chalet-style cabin that sits on approx 1 acre. The ground floor offers two bedrooms with a Queen sized bed and a full sized bed. There is also a full bath. The washer and dryer are in the second bedroom for your use.On the main floor, there is a bedroom with a twin to king trundle and a full bathroom. The living room offers a dining table for 4 , a wood-burning stove, TV and access to the deck.PLEASE NOTE:The deck has lower banisters and railings than today's standards, so please be aware if you have small children.The loft offers a queen sized bed. It stays toasty in the winter with a roaring fire!There is a mini-split system in the main room and the basement.
