When you first pull up to this beautiful house you will notice there is plenty of parking on the driveway and in the two car garage to accommodate all the guests. Enter the home through the front door and you will be greeted by a beautiful open floor plan with a seating area and a TV to relax and enjoy a movie or where the kids can hook up their gaming system to. There is a half wall separating that area from another seating area with another TV if the adults want to watch some thing different or just enjoy each other’s company and have a nice conversation. This area is also part of the kitchen cooking area so everyone can be involved. You will also have views of the beautiful yard from there and enjoy the site of the pool and the spa. PLEASE NOTE! Pool/Spa can be heated with additional charge of $55 a night. The spa is soaker spa and does not have jets The kitchen is fully stocked and recently renovated with new appliances and cabinetry. There is a beautiful island you can prepare food or sit around and have a glass of wine and a nice conversation with whoever is doing the cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked to make sure you have everything you need for food preparation including keurig and regular coffee maker. There is a large dining table across from the front room sitting area which will easily seat eight people. The beautiful master bedroom with a king bed is located just around the wall from the kitchen. There is a huge attached bathroom private to the master bedroom. This gives that room separation from the other side of the house where the three spare bedrooms are. The master bedroom also has window views of the backyard highlighting the pool and the spa also. On the opposite side of the house you have three additional spare bedrooms. There is a full bathroom in their hallway to accommodate those bedrooms. The three bedrooms have the following bed configurations:2 queen rooms and 1 room with a twin bunkbed and a twin single bedStep out into the beautiful backyard and either relax on one of the chaise lounges or chairs around the pool to get some sun and possibly enjoy reading a book. The kids will love the pool and the adults will love the spa, there is the possibility of heating the pool and the spa for the cooler months for an additional cost per day to cover the gas cost. Pool and spa are one unit so both need to be heated if you wanted to use either. When you book please send a message you would like to add the pool/spa heat to your booking and it would be $55 additional per day. During the evenings you can sit around on the comfortable patio furniture and turn the fire pit on to create a nice relaxing ambience. One of the great features is the location of this home because you can walk within a couple of blocks directly to the golf course for a round of golf or simply to enjoy The Scratch Pub which has great food, or sit on their outside patio overlooking the golf course! You are also only blocks away from some excellent restaurants and a lot of shopping. Access to the freeways are also within about 1 mile for either the 60 freeway or the 202. Both of these will get you anywhere you need to be in Arizona: you could be in downtown Scottsdale within about 30 minutes. Sky harbor airport is also about 30 minutes away. The Mesa Gateway Airport is only approx 10 minutes. Also within a few hours you can get to Flagstaff, Sedona and some of the beautiful towns in the north and the west. ASU is approx a 25 minutes drive.(Please note if you order the pool heat it would have to be for the entire stay because it takes so much energy to get the pool up the temperature). Also please note there is a Ring Doorbell and an outside camera on the garage to monitor the exterior of the home. Thx!
