You'll be near the river and bike paths, in a large and peaceful forested lot, but with easy access to pools, golf and shopping. The cabin has one bedroom with queen bed is on the ground floor, next to a large, newly-renovated bathroom with luxury bath. The master bedroom is upstairs with queen bed and newly-renovated bathroom with a gorgeous tile shower. The loft closes with a screen door and has log bunkbeds that are perfect for children. There is an additional double futon mattress and a sofa-bed in the living room. Within a mile you will also find Woodlands golf course. The North Marketplace store is within easy distance, and SHARC aquatic center is 1 3/4 miles away. The SHARC passes give you access to the pools and tubing hill, all tennis facilities, and the parking lot & boat launch at Sunriver Marina.Take advantage of the cabin's location near a natural boat take-out on the Deschutes River. You can hire different craft at the Marina, or put your own boat in the river at the Marina (or further up-river) and bring it out close to the cabin at Cardinal Landing bridge.
