"The service here is wonderfully warm and personalized, creating a truly welcoming experience. The overall atmosphere has a great vibe—calm, relaxing, and perfect for a quiet retreat. The only issue was a noticeable funky smell in the room. (Just in the suite we stayed) The team kindly provided room freshener, but it seems the odor may be coming from the ventilation system. It’s just a minor blemish on an otherwise great stay."

"The room was great, and the bed was really comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel might have been fully booked that day because my room was right by the railway tracks. I was woken up several times during the night by the noise. The town itself is worth visiting, with many small shops across the street. The breakfast was excellent, and the locals were incredibly friendly."

"Great spot to stay in the heart of the Southern Highlands. This is an older Caravan Park, with a focus on onsite accommodation. As such the very water can released to the gardens and grassed areas. The staff are welcoming, helpful and very friendly. The sites are a tad small, with concrete pads and some with artificial turf. The grounds are well maintained. The amenities are old and well kept and clean. The common areas are excellent, including picnic tables and shelters. We enjoyed our stay, super spot to base yourself to explore the vibrant Southern Highlands and Illawarra coast."
