"Surprisingly the bed sheets had some stains and pillows were smelling and there was an unusual odor in the room. We booked this hotel thinking it is very near to Texas A&M university campus but for similar or even better price you will find much cleaner hotel. Also, I'm still disputing my double charge for the stay as I pre-paid through Trip.com and after checkout the Hotel also charged me again for the same. If I haven't looked at my credit card statement this would have passed. Hotel staff are very laid back, not willing to resolve the issue and have offered no apologies for the mistake, as if they don't care. Sorry, will never step into this hotel again as I don't trust them !"

"All was fine. Check in easy, check out even easier. Breakfast area nice & altho only one hot selection ( waffle maker), all was good. Desk clerk opened pool early for us which was great as there wasn't another area for me to sit out & read. Our particular room's toilet was wobbly & lower to the ground ( we reported it on our way out but I'm thinking they prob should've known about it before our arrival?) but the hallway one was close by and readily available."
