"Hotel locations is very good. We can walk to IFS building and Taikooli areas witin less than 10mins. You can enjoy shopping, eating there. The bus to Tianfu airport is in front of IFS so it is very convenient to walk with your luggage to the bus stop. Staff is very nice and supportive. I stay at the hotel for 3 nights as a base during going the national parks. You can keep the luggage at the hotel while you are going to Bipengou, Siguniangshan , etc. this time i got 6th floor which in the room there are no steps. There are about 3 steps (between bed areas and bathroom)in the room i got first 2 nights which i a bit worry at night."

"Great hotel in the center of Chengdu. The highlight is for sure the view of the Anshun Bridge and a tea drinking station by the window to appreciate it, as well as a little balcony. You almost don't want to go out of your room but stay in instead.
The bed is very very comfortable and the room is very clean. The whole ambience of the hotel, from the lobby to the corridor and the room is very soothing, feels like a spa.
The staff is very helpful and speaks great English, which makes the experience easier for foreigners as well.
The only downside would be that the hotel is located across the river from a clubbing area, which makes some sound at night. But this is of course outside of the hotel's control. If you are a light sleeper, there are already earplugs provided by the bed, so the staff thought of it as well.
Overall a great place to stay in Chengdu."

"Located right in the middle of 春熙路, it is close to everything in the busy shopping street.
Staff is very helpful and friendly and very apologetic when we had to change our booking plans.
Booking page indicates the room is equipped with Smart Room management system but it does not actually. When we enquire with the staff, we were told there never was any smart room facilities in their rooms. It is kinda false advertising and we felt so shortchanged by it that we decided to cancel our booking for the rest of the days and left the same night we arrived."

"This was my first time staying at a B&B, and I had a wonderful experience! The location is incredibly convenient; it's right outside Hongxing Bridge Station on Metro Line 3. Being on a high floor, the views are absolutely stunning. From the two windows, you can spot both the Tianfu Panda Tower and the giant panda sculpture on Chunxi Road, with the night views being especially breathtaking. The room's decor was exactly my style, featuring a spacious 2-meter bed. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer! The lovely hostess was incredibly gentle and friendly, and you can even pet her cat! She gave some excellent recommendations for local eateries, and there are so many food options right downstairs. Oh, I could go on and on, but I'm running out of space!"

"The hotel staffs are very friendly and prompt in addressing my issues. They have 3 washing + drying machines that are free for use. They also offer free drinks and snacks at their restaurant area outside of their breakfast hour. It has a very strategic location as it is right opposite many shopping malls and beside hotspring tangyue and KTV at level 5. There are also quite a lot of famous hotpots nearby. Not to mention that Luckin coffee is at level 1 too! The only downside is that the elevators are quite congested during peak hour."

All the staff are friendly and helpful. I love the laundry service. LLiJian93The service in this hotel is seriously exceptional. I would confidently says this is the best service I ever experience in all my hotel stays even to reknown 5 stars hotel. It makes me feel super homely and welcome whenever I enter the premise. I would first like to sincerely thanks every single staff that I have met during my stay, and I seriously meant everyone from the front desk especially 小灵 and 小岚, other ground staff which i didn't manage to get their name, the manager (I assume she is higher ranking as she is wearing a black suit, but i didnt get her name), restaurant staff, night staff and housekeeping. 谢谢.
Some example of the excellent service I experienced:-
1. When we first arrived, this is actually our last hotel in Chengdu before our 12 days holiday ends, which means we actually have a lot of bags and heavy luggages. When our car drove in, the staff immediately came and assist us with unloading our luggages to the lobby. This is a first to us compared to all the hotel we have stays in the past few days. That was seriously a good start giving me a full confidence to the stay.
2. Check in was super smooth and explanation was good. Even inform me regarding the wechat service if I ever have any queries, I can reach them there (reply was super duper fast and action was promptly taken too during my queries 🙏).
3. The ground staff even helps us with the luggage right after check in and show us around the hotel while showing us the way to our room after I feel a little loss asking which direction should I go for the room.
4. Housekeeping was good too. Room is super duper clean and everything was in place! even help me place a temporary curtain cover when I mention about the privacy of a small window, asking if it is able to be covered and she immediately came over and solve it for me.
5. One night when I came back quite late which I decided to take a cab. When I came out from the cab with a huge bag, a senior male staff who was holding a water hose cleaning the surrounding floor saw me. He immediately stop the water and came over rushing offring to help me. I was seriously touched by this action too. Thank you.
6. Checking out was the same too. All their services are really consistent with all their staff.
There is just so many more to mentioned but I will leave it at that.
As for the room, it is super duper comfy too and exactly as mentioned! I had a super good rest after all the past days exploring and I feel recharge. The bed is comfy, aircon is very cold, shower pressure is really strong and the toilet has smart control + bidet. This makes the Malaysian in me super happy. The room is smart control too, meaning you can voice command to control the curtain and lighting or even the air conditioning.
Breakfast was good too. Variety may not be as many as my other hotel but the taste is good. And the afternoon snack is a good touch too that I am thankful.
Free self service laundry room is provided as well for those who needs to wash clothes and has dryer too. Detergent is provided 💕.
Location wise is good too. Surrounded by food just right across the street and a train station just 5 mins walk away.
There maybe some short fall like the lack of dry storage in the shower area as the design is dry wet type of bathroom but I think this is a small matter and the service makes up for everything.
I highly recommend it to others and will be back to stay in the future if i ever come to chengdu. 100% my first choice now.

The price of cocktails is a bit expensive. It is about the same as the pricing level in Shanghai. The hotel corridor looks very ordinary. The room is generally very good and clean. The location of Huapaifang is very convenient. Wenjiaxiang and other places nearby can feel the atmosphere of the old community in Chengdu. It is very relaxing and comfortable. I like it very much. I spent a wonderful May Day holiday!

DDarinyaVery convenient location, walking distance from the train station. The accommodation located on the 2nd floor of the building and has lifts access (shared with other properties). Though the property itself has no lift but the lady boss helped to carry my big luggage to the upper floor, I felt so thankful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with good amenities. The lady boss was very nice and kind, she gave us all the info of all attractions and where to find good local food in Dujiangyan. We enjoyed our stay there very much

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great ambiance and is conveniently located near Metro Line 6. The night view from the hotel is beautiful, and it's also very close to 339. If you enjoy clubbing at 339, you should definitely consider staying here. I stayed here to meet my girlfriend, and we had a truly delightful experience. I must say, their service is truly excellent; they really know how to make guests feel incredibly valued and happy. As soon as they saw there were two of us checking in, they thoughtfully inquired about our booking and kindly arranged a larger room for us. That was a really impressive gesture. In the afternoon, they even brought us a complimentary fruit platter. I feel like this level of thoughtful service is unique to Chengdu; back in Sanya, everything is completely self-service! All in all, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

AAnonymous UserMy stay at the Louis Castle Qing Tong Hotel in Chengdu truly made me feel at home, with warmth and thoughtfulness evident in every detail. 🌛 Upon entering the hotel, the smiles of the front desk staff immediately made me feel welcome. The check-in process was efficient, considerate, and incredibly relaxing; a few words of greeting instantly eased the fatigue of my journey. The butler even carried my suitcase, which was bigger than her, to my room, which was truly touching. Opening the door, I found the room clean and bright, decorated in a retro and elegant style. The high, arched ceiling made it feel spacious and relaxing, without any sense of confinement. The King Cole mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The facilities were also comprehensive: the central air conditioning was powerful, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the soundproofing was outstanding, ensuring I was completely undisturbed. 🌛 During my stay, every staff member was polite and attentive, from room service to daily communication. They were always there for me when I needed them, even providing alcohol wipes and a 3-in-1 data cable which was promptly delivered to my door. The room was also very spacious. This meticulous service made me feel their love and respect for their work. 🌙 This place is more than just a stopover on my trip; it feels like a safe and relaxing ”home away from home.” I can't wait to recommend it to my friends and look forward to coming back. MMeng HengI didn't expect to get an accommodation with such a good price. Service staff is professional, polite and helpful. The room is high-tech with a voice activated control. Room is clean with all the needed appliances for a traveler. Housekeeping is done right with all tidy up and cleaned. There is also a mini-gym and a laundry room. I would expect all these facilities in a 4-star hotel.
Location is excellent! It is near Chunxi Road within walking distance of about 10mins. Nearby there are also several eateries. If you like to explore a local wet market, there is one right behind the hotel where you can witness how the locals do their groceries shopping in the morning. Behind the hotel, it is actually a seafood street where shops sell all the live seafood - go take a look, interesting!
For supper, if you do not mind street food, there is a stall selling Sichuan local dishes like noodles, dumpings, etc. It is operated by a young couple - they set up their stall from 10pm onwards until 6am next morning.
Kudos to the management. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Chengdu!

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Chengdu.
The location was excellent! It was just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around the city and reaching IFS incredibly convenient.
The staff were all very nice and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed.
My room was beautifully decorated and gave me a real sense that my trip had started the moment I stepped in. It was both comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good selection that set me up well for the day ahead.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to return to after exploring the city. I mostly biked from the hotel to the sightseeing spots, which was easy and enjoyable thanks to its central location.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting

__WeChat274480****You definitely get what you pay for, and I absolutely loved it! 🤩 If you have the budget, don't even think twice – just book this place! The staff are all incredibly friendly and, impressively, they all speak English. Daily breakfast and coffee are included, and staying for two days was absolutely wonderful. I would genuinely stay here every day if I weren't so short on cash and out of loyalty points! 😭 The courtyard is incredibly comfortable for relaxing, and even a sudden evening rain made for a cozy atmosphere. Wenshu Monastery is also just a short walk away, which is super convenient!

On the first day, I felt that the room was too hot. Before checking in the next day, I contacted us about the check-in time and kept the room cool in advance. This time, my companion caught a cold. We asked about his concern and helped him to cook ginger soup.
In addition, the two masters in the concierge department are very polite and greet people with a smile.
One of them, Timwang (Wang Bing), was speechless..
