"We arrived at the hotel at 8am and were so lucky to be able to check in to our room. The hotel lobby was on the third floor, and it wasn’t very intuitive to locate. We booked the room with river view and it was facing the main road. I thought it would be very noisy as ear plugs provided in the room, however, it wasn’t that noisy and we could sleep through. Room was clean and water pressure/heater was good! Afternoon tea is provided if you are in your room in the afternoon. Otherwise you could opt for lattes in the morning before you set out to explore. The staff there were very service-orientated and accommodating. We were running late from our location and had already checked out with our luggage. They were so kind to bring the luggage down to the main room so we can continue to journey to the airport. It’s walking/cycling distance to九眼桥 and eateries. Good location! Will definitely come back when visiting Chengdu!"

"Me and my sister stayed here for 3 nights. At first we booked a much smaller room. Since we brought 2 28’ luggages, we decided to upgrade once we arrive the hotel. To our surprise, the hotel had already upgraded our room to a bigger one for free. We were so happy. The location is so strategic, 10 mins walk to the nearest train station and and Chengdu IFS mall. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family in the future!"

"I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk team at Chengdu Anyi Xinliang Hotel! Their service was the warmest highlight of my trip. During check-in, the sweet-smiling receptionist was not only super efficient but also proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor. She even hand-drew a map, marking local hidden food gems and the nearest subway station. When I came back late one night and asked if they had a band-aid, the night staff immediately got some from their first-aid kit and thoughtfully gave me a few extra. The next day, after check-out, as my flight was late, a front desk lady proactively offered free luggage storage and invited us to enjoy tea in the lounge area, even kindly informing us about the changing weather. They consistently anticipated guests' needs, and their genuine care went far beyond standard procedures. They truly turned ”a home away from home” from a slogan into a tangible Chengdu memory. Because of this heartwarming service, the hotel has become much more than just a place to stay in my mind."

"This is my third trip to Chengdu, and this time I came with friends. We chose to visit before the students went on winter break, so the price hadn't inflated yet, around 200 RMB per night, which was super comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Wenshu Monastery subway station's E exit. Just be prepared for a bit of a walk once you're down in the subway station. It's about 3 kilometers from here to IFS Taikoo Li, so getting around is really easy. For this stay, I booked a room with a bathtub and bought a bath bomb – the aroma was heavenly, so incredibly relaxing, haha! This hotel will definitely be a top choice for my next visit to Chengdu."

"Overall --＞ Convenient location for restaurants and Wuhao Temple. The room is quite small but what you get is the authentic chinese room. Real wooden bed and furnitures like you are traveling back in time. My room was not the best because of the lowest price but with breakfast included it's a nice deal. The facilities are sufficient for me as a solo traveller. I mean they have washing machines and all but I didn't use it. The room equipped with air-con for heat and cold. The hotel staff recommend me to go to the restaurant called ”Jimaodian” which is across the street and I ate there for 3 days! The last night, unfortunately I smell cigarettes coming out from the fan in the bathroom. I asked to change the room from the 3rd floor to the second floor (which is a better room and more refined). The staff are quick to response to my needs but in the morning I woke up in the new room smelling cigarettes again. Luckily, I got to check out that morning. The breakfast is fast you must beat 9:30 AM otherwise they have nothing left."

"I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. What really stood out was the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel staff. Every day, the housekeeping team kindly provided complimentary coffee, which was a very thoughtful and pleasant touch. The daily laundry service was also extremely convenient and well handled, making my stay even more comfortable. I also truly appreciated the early check-in. I arrived very early in the morning at around 9 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for me, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Overall, the service was warm, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Louis Hotel Chengdu and would be happy to stay here again."

"This hotel is very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, which makes dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. It was exactly where the kids wanted to go, and they had a great time. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the service is very thoughtful. The laundry service was a particularly pleasant surprise; they washed our clothes and folded them neatly in our room. So considerate!"

"This hotel is located in the heart of Chengdu, just a few minutes' walk from the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, which is right next to the Chengdu Museum. It's also a convenient 30-minute walk or short taxi ride to Taikoo Li. The location is great, the environment is lovely, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The service is warm and attentive, making it an excellent value for money. They even gave us a thoughtful little gift, a cute panda, when we checked out!"

The hotel breakfast had a great variety, including hot dishes, pastries, and drinks, and everything tasted delicious – it was really pleasant to start the day with such a good meal. The gym was well-equipped and perfectly adequate for my daily workouts, plus it was very clean. The self-service laundry room was incredibly useful; being able to wash and quickly dry my clothes during a business trip for a few days was so convenient. Overall, the facilities were very well-maintained, and the room was clean and quiet. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
